I order delivery. Order was wrong. I called the store to ask about getting my order right. Person on the phone was extremely rude. She kept asking if I was sure as if she didn’t believe me. I told her I was sure. She was pushing for me to get a refund. I decline. I wanted my food. She was extremely unprofessional. She hung up. I called back and it was a different lady. I asked for the name of the person that I just spoke to. She stated she couldn’t give that info. I asked for the manager’s name. She stated again she couldn’t give out that information. I asked what the corporate number was. She stated she didn’t know I would have to look it up. I asked when would the manager be there. She stated she didn’t know when they would be in. I told her since they were remaking my order I would go personally to pick it up. Once at the store I asked who answer the phone. And they told me they didn’t know who it was. I asked again about a manager and they denied having a manager. Mistakes happen, whatever, but the way they speak to people and then demand respect is outrageous. They try to act tough on the phone but when they actually meet you face to face they don’t know how to act. Like own up to your mistake and stop pretending like the manager isn’t there or that they don’t know when he/she will be there. Worst customer service from a bunch of girls that obviously shouldn’t be assisting customers on the phone or face to face as they don’t have an ounce of professionalism. I understand is making pizza but jeez have some respect for what you do.

The food is good but the customer service is garbage. I was told by two workers if I want my food I will wait, mind you I ordered online and got here and still waited another 15 minutes after I was told it was ready. Maybe hire some people that actually care about the customers not just making money and making your company look bad.

Around 4:49pm today I tried ordering two medium pizzas. It was around 6pm when I called the store the associate was rude. When I mentioned that I didn’t receive the delivery nor did they say they don’t deliver to my location. It’s strange seeing dominos in my apartment complex. I need to loose weight anyhow.

Don’t online order. They mess it up. We ordered a pizza that was supposed to be half cheese and half sausage, pepper, and onion. It was a whole pizza of toppings instead. Also we didn’t get our dipping sauces.

It used to be so far my favorite spot for pizza. But yesterday experience was not good all the toppings were on one slice and not even nicely done. It just looked like a regular cheese pizza and with other 2 items my total was like 50$ it was just. It worth it . I could have just gone to 7/11 for regular cheese pizza rather than wasting my money at domino’s

I order over $50 worth of food and they had the audacity to put a half wing in my 8pcs order. I called and spoke to the manager Dalton, I told him how disrespectful it was that I was sold half of a wing and no I did not want it replaced because I wouldn’t want someone to spit in my food, all I asked was for them to not rip off their costumers around this area especially being located in a residential area. He says “well. Ma’am we have to include those small pieces” of course I told him that it was wrong that I purchased these wings for almost $1 each and I’m sold half an item. But it’s okay, we will stick with pizza hut or papa John’s next time. Dishonest companies dont deserve my hard working $1. The small piece is at the far left of the picture and when I bit into it, it was all bones.

They have a daily special of a large 3 topping pizza for $7.99 + tax. I get thin crust, 2x pepperoni & banana peppers cut small (squares). The crust isn’t like a cracker as some are…. it’s just right! Totally YUM & feeds me for two meals. (Pic is the amount saved for my second meal.)

I was promised a free pizza because my pizza was made wrong. When I called to claim what was promised I was given a hard time. They finally decided to let me redeem what was promised just so they could make my pizza wrong again. Drove 20 minutes home and 20 minutes back just to be given attitude about them making my pizza wrong. Order almost weekly but after this experience I think I’m done with this place. While waiting for my new remake I ordered another pizza so I didn’t eat cold food when I got home and they’re still sassing me. Dominos is dropping the ball.
