Ordered DoorDash this morning and wasn’t pleased. The “larger” burrito is the biggest they offer. It had two tator tots in it. The junior burrito was literally the size of a salsa packet. I used to work at this location in high school and my manager wouldn’t have ever let this leave the store if caught onto it.

Let me start by saying this is no reflection of the actual people that work at this location but of the District Manager and the online support staff about an order I placed here. 8/4/23 I placed an order at 11:14 pm for immediate pickup at this location. Upon arrival at 11:23 I was met outside by the shift lead and I was informed the location is closed and the operating hours still had not been updated to reflect the 11:00 pm closing time in the app. I took down some information on how I could receive a refund for my order and followed that process. Here it is numerous emails and nearly a month later, still no refund. I’m told that the matter will be escalated and I’ll hear from someone soon on the status of my refund. The contact us form isn’t helpful. Calling and waiting on hold isn’t helpful. I had to dig just to find the District Managers work email. This has just been the dumbest run around all because some idiot can’t update their store hours correctly. Stop giving this franchise owner your hard earned money if she doesn’t even have the decency to do the small stuff like updating store hours.

Pulled in at 7:40pm only 3 cars in parking lot. Took 5 min for them to greet us after we pushed button. All we ordered was 3 Large drinks did not get order till 7:55. Still only 3 other cars in lot when we left so more than likely employee cars. Slowest service ever, good thing didn’t order any food!

The Carhop I just encountered told me the price, and that was it. No change, napkins, receipt, no. Thank you… Laughing because it’s quite comical that they have no kind of Customer Service experience…I Guess and keeping the change is usually up to the customer. the last time I checked. They are not the first. Oh and I got some Peanut Butter in my dessert. GOOD THING I’M NOT ALLERGIC…BE CAREFUL.

If I could give 0 stars I would. We ordered, and the order taker put the order in wrong. We pushed the button to correct it and he assured us it would be correct. We then waited almost 15 minutes before we pushed the button again. He had no memory of our order, even though the screen said “in the kitchen”. He then came out and told us he wanted to take our order again. We decided to go somewhere else.

Just don’t stop here. The drive thru is not working. And the customer service is not efficient. The staff DC whatsoever and you should spend your money elsewhere. I’ve tried them for the 3rd time bc sometimes I want a burger. But I’ll just eat elsewhere. Service, quality and the taste is just not worth it.

I placed an order on the app. I arrived and checked into my stall. The stall screen said “you have been signed out” and my app told me to press the button. I pressed the button and waited about 5 minutes, just for someone to answer and ask me to hold. I agreed, and after about 3 minutes of waiting, the button quit blinking. I sat for about 3 more minutes before pressing the button again. Waited 5 more minutes after pressing the button. Finally called the restaurant’s phone and someone answered. I had to tell them I had a mobile order and what stall I was in. The guy brought my food about a minute after calling. As I was pulling off, someone answered the stall button. Awfully slow service.

Drive thru employee told us to pull around for a mobile order after already waiting 20 minutes per car at the window and then more once we reached the window. She then tried to tell u we HAVE to go to a stall after we were told come to the window likeeeee then acted as if we were wrong.
