Stopped in on our way to YMCA Camp Lakewood and were pleasantly surprised. Parking lot was not that full but it was after 1:00. Decent facility and clean. Service was right away and friendly. Food only took about 15 minutes and everyone was very happy with what they ordered. The kids loved their ribs. I recommend stopping in if you are in the area. Keep up the good work Cafe Smokn Pi.

Sat our party of 10 outside and the service started off good. The we found pieces of plastic in our drinks. Apparently, the cups were new but not washed before being used?? Food took a long time which is ok, however then nobody came to check on us for a long time. We got up and filled all of our drinks ourselves. Half of the food came out. We had to go get our own silverware and napkins. The the rest of our food never came. We went to check on it and it was just sitting in back the whole time!! Our burgers were dry and cold from sitting so long. Nobody in charge ever came out to apologize or explain what happened or seemed to care. Probably should have not paid for half of the food, drinks should have been free too. But rather than argue, we paid in full and gave half the tip, but we wont come back.

New experience at an old favorite. Full service dining, outdoor seating, and now a really nice bar area. This restaurant marries great food with great service. You want smoked meats that melt in your mouth? You need Smok N Pi!

It has changed and for the BETTER! Absolutely amazing food and service. They now have a really nice bar and outdoor patio. The deep fried bacon was excellent with the sweet chilly sauce!!! We are definitely coming back.

I ordered the fish. The breading was so ridiculously sweet I couldn’t eat more than one piece. I even tried squeezing some fresh lemon on it to counter the funnel cake sweetness of the batter. It was sweet in a way that was not mentioned in the description of the meal which should be added or the option of having it without should also be added. The server offered to bring me fish without that seasoning but the ship had already sailed. I was in the mood for fish for days so when I saw it on the menu it was like cool, I know what I want. The salad as well as the shells and cheese were good, however the fish did disappoint. I still paid full price for the two sides and a piece of fish that I didn’t enjoy. I don’t hold the server responsible, but a message should have been relayed to the kitchen about the situation. My main course went into the trash and not even as little as my mother’s tea wasn’t offered to be removed from the total bill since I wasn’t offered any compensation other than the server asked if I wanted another salad to help fill me up. No thanks.

Wife and I ordered for pickup. This is our second time, and our last. I don’t know what they used as a bun, but it’s a letdown. The picture of the burger is before I even touched it, and a chunk of the bun is completely missing. The bacon on my burger is not bacon, it’s like a jerky stick. The burger was overcooked. Also, the side for my burger was not given to me. The pizza is completely burnt on one side. We liked the food the first time we went, but after this experience we won’t be back.

We stopped in for lunch on a Sunday just before noon on our way to Camp Lakewood. Leah did a fantastic job as our server. We had the Buffalo chicken sandwich with cheesy fries, the pulled pork nachos, the smoked chicken salad & pretzel nuggets. And it was all freshly made & truly delicious. The texture & flavor of the pulled pork on the nachos that my daughter ordered reminded me of the pork bbq that I grew up eating in Georgia. We live a little too far away to be regulars, but I’m already looking forward to another meal there the next time we come through, and I’m definitely planning to head home with a pound of that pulled pork.

We stopped here on mother’s day for lunch. We sat our party on the patio and the service started out fine. Once we got our drinks though everything went downhill. Multiple people in our group had small gravel sized pieces of plastic in their drinks when we told them about this they said sorry and informed us they were new cups and hadn’t been washed!? After that it was a long time for our food to come but it was mother’s day so we expected a little wait. We didn’t expect to be ghosted by the staff. We eventually had to get up to fill all of our own drinks and even go inside to hunt down our own silverware. When the food finally came only half our group received their meals. 15-20 minutes later they were finished eating and the rest of the food was nowhere to be found. We went inside to ask and saw all of our meals on the kitchen window. We asked another server and were told that they wouldn’t help because they “didn’t want to get in the middle of it” another 10 minutes later we received our meals. Our server informed us they didn’t know we only got half our food but that would be because we had not seen them for 45 minutes at this point. Our burgers were cold and so dry they were hardly chewable. The “bacon” they use in the food is not bacon but jerky? And the fries fries had so much sugar on them they were practically frosted. When we received the checks I found it odd they still charged us for everything including the plastic filled drinks served in unwashed cups. Not even a visit from the manager to say sorry. I’m sure they would just blame the “worker shortage” but that’s not really a valid excuse when the workers they have refused to help. Not to mention our food was done and no one cared enough to bring it to us.
