This place justed open and a ton of inexperienced people working. Ordered on line and it said 30 minutes to get my order. Started calling 45 minutes after was on hold twice for over 10 minutes. Drove over there and the place was full of customers. Watched for 10 minutes and no one making pizzas and everyone were so confused. So I canceled my order. I won’t go back.

Last visit I was extremely disappointed with. Paid to have pizza delivered, it came and was extremely undercooked/raw dough. I called and was told I would have to pick up a new pizza because they didn’t deliver to the address provided ( they just had and other orders have been placed for this address with no issue) then I was told that the driver shouldn’t have to deliver a fully “cooked” pizza because why should they have to bring a pizza to me for free…I was given 3 different excuses as to why they could not bring me a cooked pizza. I told them I had already paid for the pizza to be delivered and they brought me a raw one. The manager, Paige, did not seem to know protocol nor did she handle this professionally and appeared to not know what she was doing. Might want to re-think her position. At this point, I don’t recommend Dominoes. It’s not the paying customers fault the order was not cooked properly.

Email said 59 minute max… pizza was delivered 2 hours after ordering (all soggy and stale). Called the store like 4 times, to be passified every time. Dominoes tracker not matching up with what employee stating. The repoting system was rigged to where i cant even report the incident and only have the option to call the store. I definitely wont be using this establishment any time soon.

Despite the reviews I decided to order from this location and they served it great and in time. Now I have ordered about a total of 6 pizzas and I have no complaints except sometimes they can take a little long to make it but besides that I have no issues. The pizza is worth the wait, If you haven’t already gotten the dominos app I reccomend you to get it, there are great coupons and I have saved alot of money. And if you order carside delivery on the app you have a chance to get a free medium 2 topping pizza if they don’t bring your pizza to you in less than 2 minutes after it is done. I usually order a large 5 topping pizza for $10 on the app but they just removed the coupon but there are still plenty of more money saving coupons.

We placed an order for delivery yesterday on 11/18 at 2:00 thinking it wouldn’t be too busy. Well, I guess we were wrong. Our food wasn’t delivered for two hours at 4:00! I felt bad but I ended up calling them twice to find out when the food would be delivered. I was told that the driver was out also making other deliveries. I felt bad for that driver because I don’t think it was totally his fault! Suprisingly the food was still hot and very delicious! Especially the pasta, pizza and the lava cakes was amazing! When I called to check on the status, their recording said their looking to hire. So, if you’re looking for a job, please apply there, they do absolutely need more help! I never got angry at anyone at all, because it seems the problem is out of their control! But, I’m telling you that EVERYTHING we ordered was so delicious!

Said 29-39 minutes, when I got there no one was hardly moving a muscle with 20 past due orders and didn’t even say anything about it going to take another 20 minutes after that, as it hadn’t even been started when the quoted 39 minutes came up and past. This place needs new staff ASAP. I will not be ordering from here again and don’t recommend you waste your time either.

Under New Management and it shows! I ordered online for store pick-up . A small issue with the price of my order. It was handled promptly and better than i expected.. The employees were sweet and efficient. The manager, Faye, is very on top of things and is eager to right any issues people have had.
