My first experience I was told they won’t let you choose the donuts at the drive through to cut down on wait time. I paid for a 12 Ct assorted donuts that kids wouldn’t eat. My second experience I was told I needed to order through the app to be able to pick what I wanted so I ordered through the app just to get there and be handed an assortment again. I told them no, refund my money I won’t pay for what my kids won’t eat and was told they couldn’t refund me. The sandwich I ordered was gross and the drinks were gross as well. We also weren’t given straws. I’m not even able to get a refund through the app because it keeps crashing when I click get help. This location is the absolute worst on the peninsula.

I as a customer didn’t see the sign on the side of the building saying drive thru only. So, I opened the door and stood at the door and I asked am I allowed to come in through here. The black manager with blond twist and glasses also a tattoo on the side of her face. I guess she was having a bad day or really took her safety serious as well as the other kids in there so I apologized several times but when it came to my order she displayed she didn’t care by asking me do I know the store number and I said no then she said she was going to make my sandwich after giving me a hard time and attitude. I had to wait for her to clear drivethru first for her to bring me a sandwich that is burnt and the bagel is hard. The first sandwich the sausage was cold like it wasn’t microwaved at all so I threw that in the trash while she was making my sandwich. But the second sandwich will go there too. After the disrespect she displayed after bringing me my second sandwich I wouldn’t eat this food. She didn’t care what I had to say and kept mentioning I wasn’t supposed to come in the building and totally disregard what I had to say. When I tried to let her know she was being disrespectful and she should have better customer service she walked away and went back in the building while I was talking to her to and didn’t acknowledge anything I had to say. Total disrespect and unprofessional.

Terrible. Just left a 15$ order because an online order that I made 25 min prior to coming was not ready from the coffee to the food nothing was ready this is the 3rd time. There shouldn’t be anyone on the phone if you’re behind in orders drastically an there was. Tighten up!!!

I don’t know why I waste my time here anymore. The food is good when you can get it, but 90% of the time I go here and the ovens are down or they’re out of eggs or they’re only taking mobile orders. Always some reason I can’t order what I want. Someone needs to get it together here, because it happens way more often than it should. I might as well just start going to Starbucks as my default, since that’s where I always end up going anyway

Ordered online and once my husband arrived he was told they were sold out. Person working did not know how to do a refund and told him I had to do it online. There was no option to do this. I and done with this location and done with the Dunkin app. I had to dispute the charge with my bank because my complaint via email was not resolved.

Dunkin changed their bacon from pepper maple bacon to sweet pepper bacon. That bacon was one of the only reasons I still patron Dunkin. This day I ordered my bacon. Got it home. I shook out the amount of sugar they dumped on this undercooked bacon into a measuring cup. 1/4 cup of sugar. Disgusting and unedible.
