Went in to get a wrap. It’s been a while since I have been to Jersey Mike’s so I walked in and asked if they do wraps. The woman who was working with the meat rudely responded with a yes, pointed to the menu and said to me “it’s right there” in a completely rude tone as if I was stupid. The same woman then puts the meat on the wrap, and gives the wrap to the next guy… I told him that was good, just plain. The woman who put the meat on rolled her eyes, threw her hands up in the air, whispered something to the guy at the next station, both of them laughed and she stormed off. I mean…I’m not an expert in body language but to me that felt like I was being laughed at for some reason for the way that I had ordered my food…I definitely do not want to feel uncomfortable in an establishment where I order food because of the way I order food. I could of course be wrong and it may not be the way I’m feeling it. However, this is how I do feel. I do hope that I am wrong about this butttt to be safe from any future feelings of embarrassment for no reason, I probably won’t come back to this location. I get it, we’re all human but if you’re going to act that way don’t do it in front of the customer.

My family and I eat here relatively often and have never had any issues. However, today when my fiancé ordered a giant cheese steak we found MULTIPLE pieces of long hair in the hot sub. When I contacted the Bartonsville location the lady very rudely stated that it was most likely onion. ONION? There is a huge different between hair and onion, not to mention her customer service was poor. Their solution was to bring the sub back and they’ll remake it.. why would we want the sub remade when it had hair in it the first time? Appetite turn off much? We will not be going to this location again.

Honestly a waste of money, you might get like 1 good day where everything you wanted is on the sand which but 98% of the time anymore it’s never how you want it. Half the stuff missing, put it on the wrong bread… don’t even answer back to complaints when brought to there attention … Big WASTE of Money! :/ Edit: I noticed the owner replied back on here to call manager about the complaint. I reached out to corporate twice about these situations, they forwarded everything to you guys (Twice) no one reached out. So i don’t know if you’re trying to make yourself look good or what, but my complaint made it’s way twice to that store (Your management never did anything about it) So look into that as well!

First Jersey Mikes I was disappointed with we left. Did not have all of the breads. Thdy tried to sneak it thru. Tried to make an Italian sub way wrong. They couldnt understand our objections. Mayo and olives were not requested on on an italian sub btw. We left.

Food was excellent. Service was not. Girl making our sandwich claimed “the item we ordered doesn’t exist” and had a terrible attitude — funny because we’ve been ordering it for years. Texted our friend who manages the JM we go to back home and he laughed when we told him. Wouldn’t give this location my business again.

Oh my gosh! I used to love this place!! Not anymore sadly. Every time I get food from this location something is messed up… It’s like they can’t read. they give you the wrong bread, make the sandwich how they want, it seems. Last time my order was so fked up I couldn’t even eat my sandwich. My son (allergic to certain things) couldn’t eat his either. Ask for stuff on the side they put it on the sandwich.. hello I said the side for a reason. It’s not cheap at all!!! The owner of this location obviously don’t care about their customers either. Corporate sent them my complaint and I’ve never received an email or a call back. Do not go this location
