Tried to pay with a debit card,but they told me they didn’t except it for some reason? I was forced to tip a BIG tip as the delivery driver told me he didn’t have one dollar bill he had to keep it all! Be prepared for a bait and switch if you order delivery. Have exact change pizza hut fans at this store. 0 stars!

This is always our go to Pizza Hut. The pizza is always good and they have friendly and quick service. Heather even asked if I needed paper plates which is always appreciated. She mentioned that the manager, Dusty, really wants to have too notch customer service and they totally do.

Made an order around 6:40 pm received order around 7:16 pm. Waited few minutes for a person that had ran out to get something at the time we ordered. We got one medium pepperoni pizza, two orders of 12 piece chicken wings and one large thin crust pizza supreme with no onions. When getting the supreme pizza we saw it had onions. Receipt even said no onions so called and explained (have someone who is allergic to onions). They said they would make another one and deliver it. We waited an hour with no delivery. Called again they said no one was home ? We had been home waiting while they were on the phone we checked the front even around the garage, we checked our doorbell camera and no delivery since the first one. The lady on the phone said they would have to charge us to refire another pizza and take out to be delivered. I am not paying another 20 on two mistakes that was theirs. Requested a refund and I am sure it will take “5 to 7 business days”.

I made a order on line and paid with debit card. I called wanted to verify that the apartment # was on the order and got a girl answered the phone. Said we are closed only doing online orders and hung up on me .I called back 3 times and only to get them to pick up the phone and hang up! I spent over 30 dollars to be hung up on.

We order from here at least 3-4 times a month. They usually know us and do a great job on our no red sauce 1/2 meat lovers and half my Hawaiian toppings with creamy garlic. This time our pizza was not put in the oven and made incorrect. I had to wait an additional 20-30 minutes outside and even tho it took that long and they gave me the pizza at “no cost”, but it was still made wrong. 🙁 It’s always that one time when you’re left scratching your head and asking why did they get it wrong. New people? The good pizza makers might be gone certain days? Who really knows, but one time can hurt a business that thrives on consistency and great customer service for over sixty years.

I went to pick up my order on the time I was given. When I drove up to the window I was told it was going to be another 20 to 25min that they got a large order so mine was pushed back. It would have been nice to get a notification of the new time. So I drove out of line and waited on the side for 20min when I got back in line it went around the building and people were at the window waiting for there Pizza the employee should have told them to pull off to the side like I did. So I waited another 15min in line for my order. The lobby wasn’t open just the window.

Meh. The pizza was okay, about what you’d expect from Pizza Hut these days. The order was delivered time, so no worries there. But I requested contactless delivery and it was a hassle getting that to happen. It was clearly marked on my order, yet the driver refused to simply leave the food by the front door. He literally parked outside my house and called me, then texted to “verify my address”. Yes, the dedication is appreciated, but I want contactless delivery for a reason. Very unusual encounter in today’s age of food delivery.
