I went for a coffee this morning and waited on line for a good minute while staff was running her mouth with a customer. A second staff comes and takes my order with no problem, I was being discriminated because of my skin color. I never had this issue before. I was shocked on how rude someone can be for no reason. I’m taking this to the higher ups, I shouldn’t be treated like that because Of my skin color. Karen took the order behind me with no problem, she just didn’t want to take my order.

Literally the worst dunks in town. My bagels were hard as a rock and 100% old and had been toasted multiple times. Staff rude. I honestly feel like they go out of their way to make the experience bad for customer. Won’t be back

Check your order before you leave! The older woman who works takes orders and makes food is AWEFUL! I usually order online and pick it up on the way to work. This woman has gotten my orders completely wrong 3 times in the last few months. I went in to get a coffee the other day, and there she was, taking orders at the register. So I complained to her about how she keeps getting my orders wrong. I had to remind her of the order I placed a few weeks ago with a coffee and sine food. When i got there, the only thing there was the coffee. I asked her where my food was. At that point, she actually looked at the ticket, saw what I ordered and told me wait. I told her about the other past time she did this and now the most recent time. Her response to me was to turn to another woman and speak in another language. She then looked at me and laughed. I asked her what, about this, was dso The other woman told the young girl making the food to make me a sandwich. I didn’t have time to wait, so I politely turned the offer down. I toldthem I will just use a different dunkees. Of course, they didn’t care. Just kept laughing.

Coffee from this Dunks at the Lakeside Shell is always great! I usually visit later in the evenings, and the ladies they have manning the counter at night are just so nice and get my order right every time. The coffee also tastes better than pretty much every other Dunks in town. If you’re in the area, about to jump on the highway and need a boost, or just want one of the better Dunks experiences in town, give this one a try.

I’ve lived up the hill from this Dunkin donuts off and on for 20 years. I go into the shell pretty much every day. When I went to get coffee before work this morning I was told they can no longer make a frozen coffee with oat milk. I understand not being able to use almond and soy milks but I can’t consume diary products so I’ve ALWAYS gotten oat milk. A previous employee of this very Dunkins told me I could have frozen coffee again if I switched from almond milk to at milk in my coffee YEARS ago. Suddenly there’s a new manager and we can’t use oat milk anymore?! WHAT ABOUT THE PEOPLE WHO CAN’T HAVE MILK OR CREAM?! This Dunkins gets worse and worse every day!

Went to get my coffees today and I had the absolute worst experience I’ve had in a long time. I ordered 3 ice coffees and they didn’t make them right, then had them remade (still were wrong). They gave me attitude because I had asked for a new type of coffee iced but they didn’t mention til after I had ordered that it only came in hot. Then they failed to give us our croissant. My husband went in and asked for it and the manager had pretty much thrown it at him while they had been talking rudely about me with their backs turned not facing the register, my husband had heard the whole thing. Before they did the remodel at this location the people who worked here were nice, now it seems like the new crew (minus one older woman who doesn’t understand a word of what you say vice versa) is all rude and doesn’t care about their service. I definitely won’t be coming back to this location again.

If i could give this place negative stars I would. The only person working there at the time was awful. Charged me the normal amount ($4.70) for a lage iced matcha latte with a very light ice. To be fair, she did say that the cup wouldn’t be completely full. I was expecting at least 3/4 full- an inch from the top, at the least. The drink was half full, and looked like it had been thrown together haphazardly. She seemed to have been annoyed from the first moment that we had placed our order. When my bf had asked if we could have more than the half of a cup that was presented to us, but he was promptly ignored. We have ordered this drink from multiple locations in the past without issue, but today seemed to have been an exception. I would have been okay with paying an extra charge for additional milk and/or powder, but that was never presented as an option. I ended up going to another location and the staff was very accommodating.
