The Price is Right, but they need to hire help. I ordered 3 pizzas and waited almost 25 minutes for my order. One of my pizzas was custom and there was barely any toppings on it. It looked as if they just threw a few on and rushed to the next order. The parking lot was Completely Packed so it seems every drive thru order had a wait time. Makes me wonder about their Hot and Ready standards.

Took 30 mins to get two pizzas. Employees were taking random pizzas out to cars from drive thru. I had just parked when the “shift manager” came up to me with a pizza. I told her/him that I haven’t ordered yet. The only register in the front could not take cards. The employees were more worried about cleaning up and leaving instead of taking care of orders and customers in the front. I’ll never be coming back. 1 star is the lowest rating allowable. I would have given it a zero.

I pulled up to the drive thru to place an order. I was instantly greeted by a female that said “thank you for choosing Little Caesar’s in Marksville!” I told her what I wanted to order and I hear no response. I waited 5 minutes and started saying “Hello??”, no response. I pull up to the window thinking the speaker was out and sat there for another 5 minutes and didn’t see a single employee in the store. I drive back around to the drive thru speaker and got no response this time. I eventually just drove off because they apparently have better things to do than their JOB!!

Pulled up in the drive thru to order a pizza. A girl came on and said “Thanks for choosing Little Caesar’s in Marksville!” I said Hi I need to order *my order* and I hear nothing. I sat there for about 5 minutes and started saying Hello?? No response. I pull up to the window and sat there another 5 minutes. I don’t see a single employee in the store. I drove back around to the drive thru and heard nothing this time. Finally just drove off. Apparently the first employee had more important things to do than her JOB!!

Literally ordered and went in to get my order 15 after I got the notification that my order was ready and they didn’t have it. No one was in the front. They were all in the back eating pizza and I guess apparently handed my order out to another customer before I arrived. I ordered ahead of time to pick up in drive thru because of not having the time to sit and wait on the order and I am still sitting waiting on an order that was supposedly already ready.

The pizza is fine if it is something off of the hot and ready menu b/c it is basic and cheap. I ordered 2 different kinds of wings. They were not hot when they finally came to my vehicle and the sauce does not stay on the wings. It’s pretty sad to say, but Walmart has better buffalo wings in their hotbox.

Tonight it is 1- 12- 22 and it was horrible and I ordered at 8:00 PM but when I got there 30 minutes later the door was locked before 9:00 PM like the website says. Then I get what looked to be like yesterday’s lunch pizza so I highly recommend to make sure you know what you are getting before you pay cause it takes 7 to 10 days to get the money back to your card.

Bought a deep dish, the dough was very raw! Noticeably raw. Owner promised another. I called it in and When I got there And went inside to pick it upThe Pizza was not even put in the oven yet.The RUDE employee working the cash register rolled her eyes IN my face! and walked to the back and shouted that she just put it in. When I went back to get my pizza, I didn’t notice until I got home this one was raw too!!! As if a joke was played!! So I call back and ask for the manager and the employee picked up and acted as if she were the manager. The manager mind you is allowing all this to happen and thought it was funny too. Everyone I know complains of the horrible service here. Me nor my friends or family will ever be going back to that zoo!!!!

I ordered 3 pepperoni and cheese stuffed crust and 2 classic cheese pizzas, then paid $45 and some change online with my debit card. They called me 10 minutes later and said they have no more stuffed crust dough and that I could either pick up my pizzas in the morning or wait 7-10 business days for my refund to post back to my card. I chose to then change my order to 3 extramostbestest pepperoni and 2 classic cheese. She asked if I wanted an extra supreme (I thought in place of the 9 dollar difference) but no, she meant in place of 1 of the pepperoni pizzas. The Supreme I got was burnt and rock hard the other 4 pizzas were fine then i proceed to tell her that she’d owe me change. Broke down this elementary math…

Poor service! No one would answer the phone tonight. I called four different times and let it ring for a while. They finally decided to answer on the fourth call but then hung it right up. So I drove there and they were not busy at all! Only one car waiting in line and since no one would answer the phone I had to pull to the side and wait while my order was cooking. Oh and the floor should be very clean because it seems as though the floor being swept was more important than waiting on the customers. Very poor service for a new place of business!
