Overall great. My first time having little Caesar’s and I was impressed with the quality for the price. However, my cookie arrived raw in a plastic sleeve…. Pretty sure you guys are supposed to bake these before delivering them LOL. I’ll just bake it myself but like really?

On 7/12/2023 at approximately 6:45 pm I placed a mobile pick up order at this location. We arrived to pick it up just as it was being packaged so we waited a bit before I I sent my 13 year old daughter in to grab the order out of the box. Once she went in, I began people watching as I sat in my car in front of the store. During the few minutes I was waiting, I observed a lady and her toddler daughter come out of the store visibly upset. After her, I saw another young pregnant woman come out of the store shaking her head and also upset. My daughter finally comes out with our order and as I am helping her put the order in the car, I notice we don’t have our sauce and brownies. I tell her to run back in to get it and she immediately looked panicked and said “Please don’t make me. The guy working the counter and cutting pizza is very rude.” I asked her what she did to upset him and she said “Nothing. He was throwing boxes and being mean, and he yelled at the lady with the little girl that he has been working 10 days straight.” So I go in to get our missing items and the first thing I observed was him scowling and slamming pizza boxes down, and acting completely unhinged. He noticed I was there and literally stomped over to me with the same scowl and more attitude than all 3 of my teenage daughter’s could muster up all together. It immediately upset me because this man’s behavior explained why those ladies and my daughter were so shaken up after leaving the store. I told him not to approach me like that because I was not going to be intimidated by him. He said “What do you want?” or something to that effect in an extremely rude manner. I told him I didn’t get my sauce. He says “Well she just walked out without it” and I said “yeah because you are acting like a bully and you intimidated a 13 year old little girl that was just trying to pick up her pizza.” At no point did he seem apologetic which lead me to saying some unkind words that I am not proud of as well. However, in my defense, I have never in my 25 years of working in the food industry and in nearly every position in a restaurant, witnessed an employee behave that way towards a customer, when unprovoked. And the fact that he was treating those young women and my young daughter in that way, shocked and upset me to the point that I was seeing red. I was very remorseful after reflecting on my encounter on the drive home because it occurred to me that I probably put him in an even worse mood, and the poor girl working with him in an unsafe situation. I was worried that he might direct his anger towards her and I did not see any other employees there that could come to her aid if that man became violent. Which I very much believe he was capable of.

Can’t complain pizza is cheap and good. Crazy bread is my absolute favorite. Ordered online and when I arrive the Pineapple Pepsi we ordered was sold out, would have been nice to know before arrival that it was unavailable.

The gentleman that waited on me was rude when taking the order and when I said thank you. When I got home there was a super long dirty blonde looking hair baked on the bottom side of my pizza. I threw the whole thing away because it was disgusting to have hair on it. I ordered an extramostbestest pepperoni that he pulled out of the warmer and the pizza definitely didn’t have extra pepperoni on it. I will not be eating there again, and to think I was trying the pizza so that I could start getting my football players food there every week. I think not. He wasn’t giving anyone a receipt, he said the machine was broke. I tried to call over there and nobody answered the phone. I paid with a credit card and would like to speak to the general manager.

Went today 6/5/2023 to this location, after I had ordered online and it said it was ready, got there and I ordered 2 stuffed crust and one ICB and marinara sauce… This issue is my order was completely wrong besides the ICB and the marinara sauce, oh and the marinara sauce was half full….. So I paid for one stuffed crust EMB, One Coustom stuffed crust, 1ICB, and 1 marinara dip. I called to tell them about it got no answer at all. Customer service is terrible, no one treated anyone when they walked in, my order almost got me burned through the portal due to it being 2pizzas and ICB and marinara sauce all in one little bitty portal. If I could give you negative stars I would, frankly I will never eat from here again. Waste of my money and time $35 down the drain. Don’t recommend.

I placed an online order for my son who likes going here. Placed it around 8:45 pm and get all the way there and was told they ran out of pizza dough. Basically wasted my time driving out there, and also time spent placing the order. Would’ve been nice to know they couldn’t take orders. They wouldn’t answer when trying to call ahead, so I went with ordering online.
