This is by far the best Chipotle i’ve ever been to. Now I’m there at least once a week if not more. The food is amazing and they seem to always have everything fully stocked. The staff is incredibly nice. The new location is easier to get in and out and parking is much easier than the mall. I can’t say enough good things about this location!!!

A very small ginger bearded man without a beard net sprinkled about 7 strands of cheese on my burrito bowl. Naturally, I asked for more. With a sanctimonious tone he offered to do so for an additional $1.50. I suppose it’s a hard time for everyone.

As an avid chipotle goer, I’d say I’m there pretty much 2-3 times a week. When trying their newer location here in Strongsville, the service was absolutely terrible. I walked in, no one else was in there except about 4 employees just standing around staring at me. Waited way too long to be greeted and rudely. When I asked if there was any more Al Pastor chicken, before even finishing my sentence, the guy said no in a very rude manner, when it was clearly being prepped right behind him. The whole experience was awful and I will only return to the Brunswick location.
