Every time we go to this Dairy Queen they NEVER get it right. Tonight we ordered once again and I asked them very nicely to make sure it was right. I said my sister has Covid and was really looking forward to some chicken strips. They tasted spoiled. It truly was. Her blizzard was very runny. I ordered a hamburger and it was cold. The cheese wasn’t even melted and burger was stone cold. When I got to the window they had to ask a whole bunch a questions and then the still messed it up. If this had happened once or even twice no big deal. But this has been over 6 times. They have young kids who are just standing around talking and not doing anything. I have spent so much money at this place. I’m not a complainer, but this is absolutely ridiculous! Tonight it was $25.00 for cold, spoiled and wrong foods. Plus all the other orders. You get home and want to enjoy the meal you paid and waited for only to find they did it wrong. I called and told them and they always say oh we’re sorry. Nothing more. After working 10 hours a day then choosing their restaurant to purchase and they do not care. I’m done with this Dairy Queen. They should not be allowed to even have the name with all the mistakes and wasted money. Plus many neighbors say the same thing. Hopefully I will get a response, but probably not from this restaurant.

I go to this DQ often because it’s close to work and I can grab something quick. For the past few years it’s been great until recently. A few weeks ago I ordered a chili dog, got back to work, opened it up and it was just a plain hot dog. No chili. Today I ordered a crispy chicken salad with ranch dressing. There was no dressing.

After 6pm, the quality goes way down. Twice on Friday nights, our burgers were cold. They have a hard time getting the orders right. I had asked for fry sauce and had to go back in when they forgot it. It seems that the evening crew is mostly teens, they are polite but, make lots of mistakes.

The people who took my order are a bunch of young girls that would rather stand around and talk to each other than listen to orders get taken. I had to correct the red haired girl three times about my order at the speaker box, and then when I get my food she gave me the wrong sizes of drinks even though I said twice what size I want. When I corrected her the third time she grabbed the drink out of my hand and I heard her make a scoffing noise at one of the other girls, and I overheard her say to one of her coworkers that “she didn’t listen”. At the window she barely even acknowledged me and took my card without saying anything. I saw my food sitting on the counter for a little over 5 minutes then when she came back to the open window after talking with her coworkers (who were all standing in a group behind the counter) she continued to have a loud conversation amongst them while I asked her about my food. She corrected my drink at that point and a separate lady had to hand me my food because the red haired girl was not paying attention. None of them told me to have a good day or enjoy my food or anything, their personal drama was more interesting than their job. I’ve never received this kind of behavior from any other DQ, and will not be back to this one due to the lack of respect for customers. I understand customers can be frustrating but that’s no way to treat someone when they’ve been nothing but polite and respectful.

We bought a Dairy Queen cream ice cream cake. It was half vanilla and half chocolate with chocolate crumbles between the layers. The cake was ready when we arrived. The custom writing on top was exactly as we specified.
