This Taco Bell specifically is one of the most slowest Taco bells. Total of eight cars front of us …took over 20+ plus minutes just to get to order. For crunchy tacos to quesadillas it took me 3 times to get my order understood as the individual kept asking that I would please repeat my order. I don’t expect perfection from fast food establishments but if you are going to include yourself as a fast food service maybe they should reevaluate what the word fast truly means.

I was told that they were out of “beef” for the next 45 minutes. How does a fast food restaurant run out of their primary ingredient and essentially shut down the whole business during regular hours? Obviously a poorly managed franchise. I left and went to McDonald’s.

This taco bell messes up my order sometimes, but usually it’s not too bad. I ordered a baja blast without ice, steak grilled cheese burrito without sour cream, and a nacho cheese gordita crunch. The burrito had sour cream and was literally about the size of the microwave breakfast Burritos from the store, never gotten a burrito that small from there. The gordita crunch was not nacho cheese. The drink was the only correct part of my order, the rest was garbage.

We used to always come here. But my family and I won’t be coming back. Barely any meat on the tacos, and the meat that was on the tacos was pretty gross. Worst tacos in 25 years of going to Taco Bell.

Very rude drive thru teller. Her name is M Luis, in retaliation for telling her that I will let her know what our order is after we decide she puts busted salsa packets that have been dried for days in my order cross contaminating My order( who would eat that?!!!), Then you call to file a complaint the store manager basically makes it sound like it’s normal and no big deal. Not to mention on the way out of drive thru when we were paying I hand over my wife’s chime card, she takes it gives us our order says have a good night and slams the window keeping the chime card, so I wait until she opens it she says “oh oops sorry”. I’m sorry but people like that shouldn’t be working with customers, we don’t want a refund we want a settlement!!!!!!
