My family placed an online order and then went to pick it up. There was approximately 10 minutes between us clicking submit on the order and picking it up. I wish we had opened the bag and looked at our food before leaving the restaurant, because if we had, we would have asked for an immediate refund. All the food we received was poor quality.

Super bummed. I love Crisp and Green. Ordered to go and one of the lids was not placed tight and when it tipped in my car (fastest speed 42mph) bag tipped and salad all over. Trusted lid was on. Luckily my second salad lid was on tight, but super bummed.

We love crisp and green however went to this new location and the kid making my bowl started making it wrong. I ordered the bold and the Buffalo and she had put tomatoes on it and I let her know she was making it wrong.(the bold and buffalo does not come with tomatoes and I never asked for them!) I told her that it was fine and I’ll just deal with the tomatoes. She then said well I’ll have to charge you extra…. I told her Nope I’m not paying for tomatoes when they don’t even come on my bowl! That was her mistake. I told her to toss it and make me a new one. The portion size is way less then the one on grand. I’ll probably keep driving the extra distance to the Saint Paul location.

I have ordered here a couple times so far and the food is delicious. The only negative is the acoustics in the space is like a gymnasium. It is really hard to hear the staff asking questions about the order as every surface reflects sound. It could definitely use some acoustic baffles and other sound absorbing materials.

I was quite excited that a crisp and green was in town near me and I didn’t have to drive to the one in highland park. The 3 times I’ve been here I’ve gotten my order wrong or ingredients were left out, no big deal. But this is probably the last time I will frequent this location, as this is what I received today- super dry/old chicken and yellow/rotting lettuce. Found quite a bit of yellow lettuce in my chicken caeser salad.

I love healthy restaurants, and this place has soo many options! The manager was happy to be there, and even though the place was packed I still was in and out in like 10 minutes. Prices are reasonable and I really like that they have normal portions (no 1,000 calorie options here). I’m definitely going to be a regular here (:

I love Crisp and Green and the quality of the food has always been great. This store at Valley Creek however, always shorts me on the quantity of the food. It has happened to me on multiple occasions where the bowl is less than half way full. After paying $15 for a bowl and feeling hungry is disappointing. My wife had it even worse. This never happens at any other crisp and green locations, just this one.

I was nearby and knew that this was the new location. I ordered a Greek salad but I ended up having them remake it because they put the wrong ingredients in it. The second time was better but it just seemed like it wasn’t as full as it should have been. They definitely put way to much sauce in it, basically everything was drenched in it. I didn’t want to make them remake it a third time so i just took it and went with it. I know some of the staff are new so I get it.
