Had my anniversary dinner at this wonderful location. Ambiance was nice and waiter was informative and nice. We ordered two cocktails, 2 apps (chili and pork belly) and our entrées consisted of the lamb, wild boar ragu, and gouda mac n cheese as the side. My husband loved the lamb but my favorite was the pork belly and gouda mac n cheese. I asked for no sweet potatoes with the pork belly. The wild boar was ok, I felt it could use a little salt.

The venue was really nice – we dined outdoors at one of the tables with a built-in fireplace. The blackberry spinach salad was made with fresh everything, but the best part was changing the dressing – I substituted their lime vinaigrette and it was the perfect complement for the blackberries, spinach, and onions.

Celebrated our anniversary where we originally had our engagement pictures taken (on the Wigwam Resort property). Litchfield’s is a higher end resort dining option that offers seasonal dishes along with standing steak dishes. Everything is locally sourced which is great but the best part is the quality and service. Reservations are recommended (we went on a Saturday night and they looked full). We started with the chef’s board (charcuterie and cheese) which was the perfect size for two. Big pieces of parmigiana and brie along with some nuts and some marinated cauliflower (surprisingly good I may add). The prosciutto was the highlight of the meat selection. Meal highlights were the Scottish salmon, risotto croquettes and a sweet and peppery corn soup. We chose the lemon and berry trifle for desert which came out with a special message and a card. The outside patio was perfect on this April evening. The inside dining room could get a bit noisy.

First time visiting. Went on a Wednesday night about 30 minutes before closing. I noticed right away the nice and calm ambiance. I was with my toddlers so we opted to sit outside. It was a bit chilly but the warming lamps they had outside made it warm for the kids. We ordered the steak filet and chicken from the kids menu. I ordered the old fashioned whiskey which was much needed & delicious! The kids did not like the chicken and our waiter kindly replaced it with another filet. I recommend this restaurant.

We’ve dined in a couple times at Litchfield’s. We met a family member for dinner on a Wednesday night. The place was not super busy, and our server had maybe a section of 5-6 tables. I’m not sure if she was new or nervous but she kept forgetting about us. We would wait and wait and then when we had to get our own silverware, a manager type individual got an attitude and scolded us. Unacceptable. You have no right to have an attitude when you and your staff aren’t taking care of customers. We chalked it up to an off night and still tipped her very well, too well for what we got. I enjoyed the chili, the lemon tart and the mocktails. The bartender doesn’t make a good margarita, unfortunately. Nothing else was really memorable in terms of food. I think the only way we would eat here again is if we are in a pinch when we stay at the Wigwam for meetings.

Had high hopes but very disappointed. The atmosphere was fine, we ate early and only a handful of people in the restaurant. The food was awful. I had a $65 ribeye that was tough and gristly, at that price point I would expect more. Out of all the dishes we had this was the biggest disappointment given the cost. Other dishes were mediocre. Hostess was incredibly friendly other wait staff as mediocre. I hate mentioning bad food to the waitress, after all it’s not her fault and probably wouldn’t change anything. There was a manger of some sorts that stopped and asked how things were but she stopped for about a half a second, hard to get a word in, disappointed on that considering they were slow. Won’t be going back or recommend them.

Amazing food and perfect atmosphere. I have been dining here a couple times now and it was always perfect. The steaks they serve here are amazing and so tender, it feels like they are melting on your tongue. I am also absolutely obsessed with their Mac‘n‘Cheese! Definitely recommend!
