Wendy was incredible. She attended to us all evening & especially to hubby. Our waitress was very sweet & made best efforts. Hubby had the prime hamburger & it was really tender. I had the shrimp. I would have preferred it cooked in garlic butter as asked but I had butter on the side. They were jumbo really good size. I will.specify more clearly next time. The highlight was banana foster. It was delish. The service was amazing which made it an enjoyable experience. We met Kenny which was nice. .

I had the most fabulous dining experience in this quaint restaurant. I think the hostess’ name was Wendy, and she couldn’t have been any friendlier. I sat at the bar, since they were busy and I was dining alone. I think the bartender’s name was Angela, and she was so friendly too. Kenny, the owner and chef came out periodically and greeted his guests. And by the way, the best grouper, hands down and the bread was to die for. Thank you to the staff at Kenny Ward’s for a delightful evening.

Not sure why we waited so long!!! Went out to celebrate a special life milestine with my husband. Decided to finally visit Kenny Ward’s, and boy, were we pleasantly surprised. We had been told by several friends how good the food is, but good really doesn’t do justice!! Upon entering, we were greeted by several staff, who actually lined up as we walked in. That was special and made us feel like VIP’s. Our server, Shari, treated us like old friends, and was superior at her job. She was very knowledgeable about the menu and even helped suggest items for us to try. Each was outstanding! We will definitely be going back!

Everything was really good. It fell short of great and 5 stars because the deviled eggs were missing something. The egg flavor overpowered the stuffing. The salads were fantastic! The pecan vinaigrette on the side salad was wow! The grilled romaine salad was a great surprise, I highly recommend it. The lump crab soup was awesome! The prime rib fell short of expectations. The flavor just wasn’t there. Overall it was a great experience and the staff was great. Better than most other restaurants we go to.

We were kept waiting while others came after us, were served and left before we got our food. The spinach side was cold, the duck and pork chops were raw and were sent back. The kitchen reheated those two entrees. The filet was underdone as well and was also sent back. The service was terrible, the food was sub par. It was made known that the owner was in the kitchen cooking. There was no manager in the house. There are too many good restaurants in the area to waste our time here.
