Bad experience! my office ordered 8 pizzas from Pizza Hut for a meeting. We ordered the day before to ensure a smooth delivery. The order was for 11:45am, at 12:00pm I called to check on the order and why it was late, the lady said it was given to “Door Dash” and it would be here shortly. At 12:15pm a “Door Dasher” arrived with 4 pizzas! I asked him where the rest of the order was and he said that’s all they gave him. I called the store again and the lady said it’s on the way ma’am (very rudely) and hung up. Why she’s mad at me after messing up my order is beyond me. But the food finally came, the meeting had to be interrupted twice and to top it all off, it wasn’t even hot, some of the pizzas had toppings missing or very scantily placed. We were not pleased at all. We thought Pizza Hut had their own drivers? Next time we will call Dominoes or Papa Johns because apparently Pizza Hut is not equipped for our business.

PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! I’m so Disappointed. I waited close to 2 hours for ONE pizza. I live just 9 minutes away from this store! Dried out and Luke warm pizza. There are a lot of reviews stating the service and delivery time is atrocious. Isn’t corporate or the store going to do anything about this? You’re charging customers for a service and food that is absolutely not worth it. If you’re short staffed then reduce the radius for delivery to get deliveries in time or cross train people while hiring. I hope the store gets better, but for me I’m never going to order from Pizza Hut again.

Pizza was hot and fresh delivery driver was prompt however all of my pizza slices were unequally sliced making small and largest slices. Kids are a pain about these things !

I placed 2 separate orders for 2 of the robotics teams attending the GRB. One for 5 pizzas, the other for 8. We arrived at store opening time 11a only to watch several employees walk in late at 11:05 & 11:09. Walked in at 11:15 and stood for 10 minutes before anyone greeted us for our 11:15 order pickup time. We listened to them yell & complain about the rest of the staff and the fact that they had to do these orders. No apology, no greeting just “are you the big order?”. We finally checked out and left at 11:35. Upon opening the pizzas to serve we found that every single pizza was cut twice through the center (so essentially 2 regular size slices & 2 massive slices) and all cheese bread was not Sliced at all. This was the worst experience we have ever had at a pizza hut especially considering these orders were placed a week in advance online AND confirmed with the manager over the phone.

The customer service is great. The pizza is great sometimes and somtimes it isn’t. However, there have been many times when I had to wait an extended amount of time for my pizza and wings to be ready. Sometimes they say the wait is due to them cleaning the oven. I wished they provided this notice ahead of me arriving to the establishment. I always find out once I’m there to pick up my order.

The delivery person called us and asked us to come to her car. She said she was short staffed and had a lot of deliveries to make and didn’t feel like getting out their car. When I got back home, our pizza was under distress to say the least. The picture is exactly how the pizza looked when we first opened the box. We’ve ordered from here a few times. It’s been the same poor service. This will be the last time we order from here again.
