Normally donut holes are fresh & just delish. Went in on Sunday afternoon and got my normal, a mixture of the donut holes. It was so disappointing to get to the car, open the box of goodness, pop one in your mouth, only to be sadly disappointed by dry, stale donuts. I not only wasted my money, but my time too. If I called the mgr. to address the issue, that again would be another waste of time bc they say they care, but they don’t. They would say, sorry that happened. Well, I don’t want sorry, I want fresh holes or my nearly $10 bucks I threw out the window when I bought the last ones. The birds now? The birds love the dry, stale donut holes. A big miss Dunkin… Sadly lost my business to an independent who has fresh donut holes daily, but they also appreciate me andy business to

Had 2 people working behind counter filling orders for drive through both employees ignored our presence. Finally after ten minutes asked to see if we could order with reply be with you in a second. Had enough when I seen a vehicle pull in after us drive off with their order.. worst service ever!!! Did not stay and left.

Seems as the crew were more interested in the drive thru rather than what was going on inside. One young lady handling all customers on the inside and although she did her best, you could tell she was needing some help from her team members.

I have gone to dunkin two days in a row and each time my coffee has been completely wrong .. I talked very clear for what I want .. And very disappointed when I got to drink it and it was not what I wanted.. The day before I order my daughter two donuts and I order my usual bagel and the woman didn’t even ring it up.. I had waited over 15 minutes for a bagel she didn’t ring up.. Then informed me after I asked about it twice that she doesn’t think she rang that up.. Now I have patience and I have worked in restaurants however dunking is very slow and the customer is not there priority at all.. there was one girl running the front and two running the drive through it felt like they where more important then us that where in the store.. I waited in line over 5 minutes before the girl was able to wait on us.. Then waited 15minutes for a bagel she didn’t ring up and I ordered it twice when I was ordering.. I won’t go there any more for a while. I know the girls are still learning however it’s not worth going if it’s not going to be right and not at all any compassion about it..

Was there for 30 mins. To find out they had no frozen or iced coffee. But we were never waited on. The person Infront of us was a employee that came in on their day off. Every order they tried to order the cashier would respond no we are out. We wasn’t even acknowledged by 4 employee until we were there for at least 15 mins. One employee who was making the drinks (barista) then said here’s your drink we said no ma’am it isn’t we haven’t ordered. So we sat there for few more mins where 2 more employees who were in the back came up and glanced but started talking to the other employees. We did over hear that they were out of everything until Thursday. The truck would be there then. (poor management and ordering) we are 2 years post shut down. The blaming the supply chain and nobody wants to work has come and gone.
