Horrible experience, first time at this pizza spot. I ordered for pick up at 915. Got there and no one even said hello or acknowledged me for 10 minutes. I seen pizza boxes sitting on counter left open. The guy who made the pizza said he made it at 845.. I had to ask if I could have my pizza because they still didn’t get the order even after I asked and my name for the order. They said yea it’s here. Been done for a while… they grabbed the boxes left on counter open and gave them to me. I said they were dry and cold.. they said well they been there a while and that was it. I was so bugged. Then I got home to find out the pizza bottom was missing on 2 of the slices. They just moved the topping around to cover it. In total I paid 30 bucks for cold hard ripped pizza.. thanks for the experience.

Respect to the girl who worked the 24th by herself. She is probably the best asset y’all have when it comes down to this pizza place. I ordered around 10+ pizzas plus she had 3 customers ahead of me with 10+ more pizzas as well. And she did all of it by herself. Girl deserves a huge raise cause a simple “good job” is not even close to enough. Really hope she knows she is awesome at what she does and she deserves everything positive coming to her in the future.

I ordered here for the first time online and was very satisfied with the price, time of delivery, and quality of my food. The delivery driver was exceptional and very nice when he called for my specific location. The only possible negative was I didn’t think I received the Extra chicken on my pizza. Regardless, it’s a Papa John’s and they are probably understaffed and still getting it done.

In the five minutes that I was there, I heard an F bomb dropped. I saw the woman working the front throw a box at the guy in the kitchen and when I asked for peppers and parmesian and I was told “I don’t care“. I’ve never had to deal with such unprofessionalism from a customer service representative before.

The general manager Leslie and all of the other on-site employees think that they are above taking orders over the phone. Their call center is so busy that the store had to field the call and Leslie “the store manager” hung up on my father and my wife over 2 separate calls to try to place an order. This level of disrespect and entitlement makes me question the quality of the products and services that we are being provided. unfortunately I loved this company before now and my friends and family had to witness this call. The disrespect and disregard that we were given is appalling. I now have to assume that as a whole papa johns is no longer a safe or reliable option for me, my family, and my friends. I loved this place and this pizza, but now I am in serious doubt as to whether or not I can ever trust this company again. If you can’t provide decent service, then how can you provide a decent product that people can trust? It pains me to say this but when people don’t care about us or our safety, then we shouldn’t care about them or the products they provide. Instead of providing a basic service for me and my family, the GM decided that she would complain to her boss about us instead (as she told us loudly and proudly over the phone) when we simply were trying to place an order. This would have been providing us with a common and basic service that is expected across the board when ordering pizza especially, but also food in general.

First the order was given to the wrong person we were notified after already waiting an hour. When the order finally arrived we were missing multiples sauces and the Shaq pizza was not as described, I called the store to let them know and ask if there was any way we could get a credit or discount for our next order. They told me they would credit the sauces and could possibly give me a discount on my next order. In frustration I said thank you very much I would appreciate that and hung up. I should have looked through the whole order before I called. When I called again I expressed my understanding for them trying to rush the order back out to us, but in doing this the quality of the food was poor. I was then asked if I could recite the ingredients of the buffalo chicken papadia and practically berated when I didn’t know the base of that particular recipe. Then the manager told me it was a new cook and again, I was sympathetic, but I said it was not my job to check the new hires preparation of my order and all I was asking for was a refund on the wrong item, nothing else! The manager then told me he would give me a credit after giving me the run around and never once saying he was sorry if, never expressing any sympathy towards me, the customer who can’t enjoy my food because I didn’t get the right order and it’s now been 2 hours since I placed my order. After that call we received another call saying I would not receive a discount after the verbal abuse. I know all the calls are recorded and though I was frustrated, I kept my composure and didn’t not speak to them rudely. It wasn’t until the MANAGER spoke to me the way he did about me not knowing the ingredients, even though I am not his employee! Even still I did not yell and say mean things.
