Ugh I know it’s a chain and I know there’s labor shortages but it literally took forever just to get 2 drinks with no food. I ordered from the kiosk and waited at least 10min. The staff were busy making food orders so I didn’t want to bother them. Also they really need to clean — soda area felt sticky and had no napkins. Also there was just a random lid with a straw sitting on the soda machine.

I’m just having a hard time believing that this Taco Bell is the only one with no customers while the surrounding Taco Bell‘s are packed and over a 30 minute wait. Anybody with any kind of common sense will realize that the staff purposely closes down the windows shut it all down so when you drive up it looks like it’s closed. It sucks that the employees are running this Taco Bell poor management or maybe you don’t care.

Not sure why we were forced to use kiosk when we were the only ones in the Taco Bell & No one was in drive thru, and the lady was standing at the register doing nothing. Ordered steak power bowl which comes with guacamole. I asked for extra. They didn’t tell me they didn’t have any. Until I looked in the bowl and realized there was nothing in there. Then I asked what happened to the guacamole. Then they told me that they didn’t have any and they took the charge off the receipt. But that’s not the point the point is the Powerball comes with guacamole. I asked to speak to a manager and she was very rude. Then when the manager left the window rudely I asked the cashier for the manager’s name and she told me she couldn’t give it to me because she’d work with many managers and she didn’t know the manager’s name. I think that was very unacceptable and I doubt I’ll be going back to this Taco Bell

July 8 2023 around 2p I decided to order taco bell with the mobile app of course again I get a error with the mobile tracking no surprise it’s glitchy at the most it arrived but the shell on the chulupa supreme was Cold definitely not toasted and honestly the 5 layer burrito shell tasted a week old. I don’t understand why this app always selected Chino because 690 Indian hill Pomona is closer than 12832 central Ave

I couldn’t believe it a bean and cheese burrito I specifically have said no onions and so low and behold onions. Plus there was no cars behind me yet, I was told to pull into a spot so that they can bring me my order. I was asked if I wanted any sauce while at the menu… But there was no sauce in the bag. Made me use the slow screen they have. No one to take my order. Looking to use bathroom after and they look at me like…do you need anything . I need the bathroom key. Come out of bathroom and food is ready no drink. Have to ask. Again they ask if I needed anything..yes my drink. Go to eat and the Taco shells are stale. Terrible place. Never again

Did an order online. Didn’t get any red sauce or chipotle sauce. food was cold. Just horrible. And ordered a Crunchwrap supreme and it looked like some different kind of meat like steak was on it. I am HIGHLY disappointed. Everyone in there looked like kids. Didn’t see a manager around. Unprofessional.
