We absolutely loved the Rainforest Cafe. The environment, the food, the staff was all amazing. There are animatronics and lights and sounds that were so entertaining. It was so clean and the food all was amazing. The kids loved it and we loved it. We will absolutely return!!!!

Excellent service and a well changed menu. Tried the lemon chicken and pesto shrimp off the new menu today and it was the bomb!! It’s a location I highly recommend especially if you need to do some shopping before hand and a meal after.

Haven’t been to one of these in like 20 years and it was even better than we remembered. Brought our 4yo grandson and he loved everything from the roaring elephants to the waterfall. Our server was beyond amazing, answered all of our questions and got our food out quick. We will definitely be back when our other grandsons come to visit.

It’s a gimmick. We we’re so excited to try. It’s way too pricey for the service. Food took almost an hour, errors and mistakes made on orders, management won’t acknowledge mistakes, the list goes on. Then we get rushed out as if we were an inconvenience. But at least they did it with smiles. Unfortunately, this place is a flop. Who misses Claim Jumper??

We stumbled upon the cafe while shopping. It was a unique experience. It had animated animals and storms. The elephants would trumpet, gorillas shake trees, a leopard in the tree moves its tail and roars and on the ceiling looks like a night sky with stars. The food was ok. My friend and I ordered steak and coconut shrimp with ribs and my daughter ordered a kids meal. We (3 of us) waited almost 45 minutes for our food. However they did have to sing Happy birthday and do the chant 4 times while we were there. Our food was wrong but we did not complain and just ate it. It was $60 for myself and my 7 year old.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. The service is horrible. We got seated at 4pm and our server Pam did not greet us or even ask us if we wanted water/drinks until 4:20pm. She was mostly absent the whole dinner and only came by in total 3 times. I am highly concerned about the sanitation/cleanliness of this restaurant after visiting the bathroom and seeing a gigantic cockroach (see photo posted) I really just felt like the friendliness and attention was not there. I will never return to this location and compared to downtown Disney this place is bottom tier. Save your money and please go elsewhere. It’s located in the mall with plenty of other choices to choose from. Me and my husband spoke to a manager (Ashley) let her know about everything and just said there was nothing she could do and proceeded to ask us for our form of payment so she could process our bill and then left it at that… no remorse no explanation. Management can make or break a staff and now I can see from the countless reviews why so many people lately have been posting about the horrible service.

Sadly, it was not a great experience. For 2 kids pizzas, a taco salad and a club sandwich, we waited 30 min and there were only a few tables. Then the club sandwich came with hardly any meat, and the taco salad is now salad with chips instead of the big taco bowl, but same price and no warning. The bathrooms are gross, the stalls don’t close, and 2 of the 3 sinks don’t work. We use to love to take the kids here. But the food wasn’t any good and highly overpriced.
