Horrible business practice. The last two times I ordered gluten free pizza they were burnt to black. The first time the person it was for delt with it. The second time I told the person to call and get it replaced. She forgot to call so I did a week later. The manager on the phone told me she could not credit me a pizza because my phone number on my account didn’t match the number I called from. I went in my profile and changed the number to my current number and was told that I could still not get a pizza credited. What sense does that make? How would I be able to change my number if it wasn’t me. She even said “you don’t have an address on your profile.” I order carryout everytime! What does my address have to do with anything? You should be able to track my orders through my phone number after I changed it to my current number and see I order all the time. Well I no longer will. I will find another pizza place. The people on the phone were rude as well. Like I was out of line for asking for a replacement after two burnt pizzas in a row. Who cares if it was a week later. Never again. Well after this order I thought was ordering from Holt and was still on you guys. Lol

They told me they can’t accept a $50 for a $35 order, after I had waited 20 minutes in the drive through line. I didn’t have any change. The manager was super rude and was yelling. I had no way of knowing that prior to arriving. I guess you’re just going to throw my food in the trash after not accepting my legal tender? Not only am I never going to come back here again, I’m going to call corporate and tell them what happened as well as report the employees attitude.

The pizza was good but they have a 50 dollar cash limit and so when I tried ordering my total came to like $70 and in order to pay the guy on the phone took everything except the pizza off say that when we got there we could just add it back so we go up there and they said they said we couldn’t get anything not even as a separate order. Very upsetting and rude.

I order from this Dominos all the time and use the drive thru. I placed an order once over the phone with the customer service representative and was on the phone for 16 minutes literally. The person taking the order was very hard to understand and did not use clear English. The person was also not aware or able to provide me with the deals for the day. After that unfortunate experience I now order strictly online to save time. When arriving to the actual restaurant the staff are super nice and my food is always ready. However the pizza I ordered appeared to be missing enough pizza sauce. It does not appear that the sauce was evenly spread throughout. So I was very disappointed.

Why do you think that I don’t want a receipt for my credit card? I gave you my credit card to charge it I want a receipt! I ordered a sandwich without a set of items. It came with all those items on it. No big deal, things happen. But when I called, I asked to speak with a manager and was told that I couldn’t. Okay, weird, but whatever, the woman said that she could give me a credit or swap my order. I asked if it would be possible to get a swap delivered, as that was how I received the original order, and I don’t currently have transportation. She seemed baffled by the very concept, and said that all the delivery drivers were out. I said I didn’t mind waiting and she just reiterated that I could get a credit. I pointed out that I was kind of hoping to eat tonight, and just got silence before she said that she didn’t understand what I wanted and offered me a credit again. I gave up and agreed to a credit, she asked what my order was, then told me I would have a credit and ended the conversation. So now I have no food I can eat, and no idea how to go about redeeming my credit, because that was apparently not important information for her to share. Photo is of my sandwich that was ordered without green peppers, banana peppers, or onions. They were mixed in with the cheese and impossible to just pick off without loosing pretty much all of the cheese as well.

The manager at this location needs to be fired and charged with fraud! She tried to charge us twice to keep the money, lied and said our order was picked up but we didn’t even make it to the restaurant yet, then once we got to the restaurant she said she couldn’t find our new order but then somehow had an order ready. The situation was handled poorly and rudely!
