I would not suggest going to this Starbucks. They do not know how to make basic drinks on their menu. I ordered a frappichino and was given what looked like a melted milkshake. I’ve had prob over 400 frappechinos over the years and by far this was the worst. When asked to remake the staff seemed annoyed and threw coffee and ice in the blender no sugar no frappe nothing else. At this point I couldn’t even get the staffs attention to ask for a refund so I left. Never again.

One of the worst Starbucks I’ve been to. The wait was so long, service was unnecessarily slow, batista was rude and unprofessional. When I said thank you for my drink, he just ignored me. When another customer asked for a cup of ice, he visibly rolled his eyes and was very rude. No tables or chairs.

This Starbucks was awful! The young kid working there, Xavier, was very impatient. He did not want to work and was moving extremely slowly! It took us 35 minutes to get our drinks. We even had to spend another 10 minutes going back to return our coffee that had grinds in it. The double chocolate chip frappe was the worst I have ever been served in all of starbucks. They did not have whipped cream, so I had to spend time and my own money purchasing a can of whipped cream for our drinks. NEVER AGAIN!

This Starbucks is a joke the staff is rude and lazy, all they said is we can’t make that because we’re closing in 3 hours, and they are to busy joking around and hiding in the back, forgot to add sugar to one drink, made the other drink totally wrong, and they stop making frappuccino 3 hours before closing, please shut this place down

They literally always have 1 person working. On top of that, they don’t allow the order ahead option on the Starbucks app which would make things SO much easier. Smh. Also GET YOUR HOURS TOGETHER. How can you be closed at 3 PM one day then 5 PM tomorrow then 7 PM yesterday???

What a turnaround!!! Until today, I found going to this Starbucks to be a maddening experience. However, there’s a group of people working there now who are either new or people I haven’t interacted with yet, and I just had one of the most efficient Starbucks experiences of my life. Bridget, Kyle, and Brittany are such a cohesive team. Not only are they efficient, but they’re also pleasant and the drink was made well. Thank you to all three of them! 🙂

DISGUSTING ATTITUDE!!!!!! To the girl that was working the morning shift with the clear glasses: you’re so rude I walked in at 11:45 not knowing you were “closing” and instead of just taking my little latte order you thought it would be okay to tell me you were closed after the last guy on line. Ive worked in the service industry and sheesh that was disgusting. Also online says you close at 9pm. I am truly disgusted!!!!!!
