This location has horrible Customer Service skills and they are very disrespectful. I tried to contact them 3 times just to explain to them my order was wrong and I would like it fixed. I was hung up on 3 times! The reason they were hanging up on me is because I asked the first two calls who was i speaking with, but they refused to give their name. The last call they picked up the phone and hung up in my face!! I honestly couldn’t believe it!!! I didn’t get mad or go back the franchise and throw my food across the counter!! I respectfully called the Corporate Office and reported how unprofessional this location has been! Hopefully coaching will be provided and they educate the employees on how important Customer Service is! I myself am a Supervisor over Customer Service at a very large corporations. If you don’t like your job please find another one.

For some odd reason, this place takes FOREVER to get your orders out. It doesn’t matter if it’s breakfast lunch or dinner. Very inconvenient whenever I’m on a lunch break or stopping to get some quick breakfast before work. Staff is friendly and the food quality is great. But they need a faster system than this. Is a fast food joint not a 5 start restaurant. Be prepared to be “pulled up to the red line” and wait 20 minutes for your order.

This place is too poorly equipped to handle the amount of customers they get at ANY HOUR. I ordered the chili cheese burger and received a burger with no chili, which I only realized after getting home. This was on top of waiting half an hour for my order and them almost sending me off without the burger in the first place.

Decided to give this location another chance and was incredibly disappointed again. This is the 5th time I have been and all 5 times the drive through has taken at least 30 min with maybe 1-2 cars in line. The Dr Pepper was without syrup again and the fries were cold. Also had to explain our order to 3 different people before getting everything we missed the first time. I really wish this location was better, but I can’t get myself to try again.

I go to Whataburger’s all over the area. I have been through this drive thru in the past but first time to eat inside. As with any other location, the menu and atmosphere met company standards. The big problem during this visit was the service. We had one hour for lunch and it took almost 30 minutes for the food to come out. When it finally came out, nothing was said. It appeared that everyone inside were waiting too long for food as a FAST food joint. The burgers were fine but the fries were room temp. Iced tea containers were both empty as well but they were eventually refilled after telling the staff.

Almost every time my family and I have visited this whataburger, they get our order wrong. We even tried to order online so there was less of a chance of it getting messed up, and we were still missing half the things we payed extra for. I ordered a biscuit and gravy with eggs, cheese, and avocado, and those were all missing. The food’s always great, but the service definitely needs work.

This WB needs a serious management overhaul. As an example, arrived on a Sunday morning at 845am and placed an order for dine in for 5 breakfast taquitos. There appear to be plenty of staff, 4 on the prep line, plus people cooking, 1 out front and 2 working drive thru. 20min later we still do not have out food, there are only 3 other guests in the lobby and the parking lot and drive thru are almost empty. Went and asked for my money back and was ignored, 5min later my food was shoved in my hands and was incorrect
