I try to be as fair as possible when leaving a review. I looked at all aspects of service. I had my order delivered. I ordered the “It’s A Partay”, which comes with 2 extra large 2 topping pizzas, 12 cookies, garlic knots, and a 2 liter. They did not have any cookies available, so they substituted cinnamon rolls. The knots and cinnamon rolls were uncooked, and the cinnamon roll didn’t have any icing, which clearly stated they came with cream cheese icing on top and on the side. I called the location in midtown, 1100 Eisenhower Dr., to inform them of my finding and was told by the Manager, Tisha in a nasty rude way that she could refund me a dollar and I would have to come pick the dollar up because my order was delivered. The way this so-called manager talks to customers; she shouldn’t be employed. Why would I come get a dollar refund after I gave a tip that was 10 times the amount of the dollar. The pizza was nasty. My family didn’t even eat the pizza. The pictures are from the next day. I have contacted the corporate office.

We like Stoners and order once in a while but tonight was ridiculous. Ordered a large Philly pizza and a calzone. Steak was burnt and pizza was undersized. Calzone was burnt and pretty sure it has no ricotta. Minor detail but also came with no marinara or garlic butter. No offense but my dogs who love Stoners don’t wa t to eat it. Gotta do better y’all.

So the ingredients were good and fresh, however the bottom of the crust was undercooked and stuck the box and making the pizza itself difficult to eat. I shouldn’t need to shovel toppings up with a spoon. Tried picking up a slice and the whole thing went to hell. Good job guys, keep up the bad work.

Not a fan of the inconsistency from this place. I ordered 2 strombolis, got a calzone and a I guess whatever was left over. Not the only issue I have had with Stoners so this will likely be my last attempt. I can’t fathom looking at these side by side as the maker or boxer and thinking “this is acceptable.” Not worth the price and effort, had bigger and better for cheaper.

We choose Stoner’s because they make good pizza. We ordered 7 large pizzas over the weekend to feed a party of 20+ people we were hosting. We got a call 20 minutes before our pizzas were supposed to be delivered saying they couldn’t complete our order because “they didn’t have enough large dough”. That’s not how you run a company. Think through the situation and at least offer to make more, smaller pizzas, assuming you have “small dough”. To management: Step in and do better. Needless to say, we got our pizzas from another pizza place that was happy to complete out $160+ order.

Tried this place awhile ago and we thought it was decent. The pizza was honestly mediocre though. The breadsticks were a little better. The cookies though? I usually do not like cookies, but these were pretty good. The reviews about the cookies were correct!

Hello this is my 1st time in the area and I am very excited to let everyone know how it went down. When I walked in I was greeted with a smile and I’ll be right with. So I started smiling because I love that. So I order 3 pizzas and a drink and it was all under 10 dollars. You never understand the great taste or quality of the food until u get here I’m hungry and I love to eat. All 3 of there we’re great and I listen to see if they treated the other customers the same and they did just amazing so please come on in.

Okay I like being fair when I give reviews if I could have given this restaurant zero Stars I would have. I’ve been coming in here for a long time and I came in and placed a pretty nice order I order one pepperoni one sausage large hand tossed Pizza and 20 wings. And they were supposed to be garlic parmesan. When I got home the two pizzas are ordered we’re not correct they are both cheese pizzas. And my wings were honey mustard. And I also ordered a cheesecake Stromboli and I got six cookies. The whole order was totally wrong. So I went back up to the establishment and talked to the General Manager I think he said it was Chad. My apologies if it’s wrong. I told him about my order and I wanted a complete refund. He asked if I had my receipt and I said no but I have the charges on my bank account and I could show him that right from my phone. And then asked what I did with the food and I told him that y’all were already closed when I got home so I threw it away. So he said I am sorry but unless you have pictures of the food then I can and will not replace your food. I am a long time customer and have never asked for a refund so I am never returning here again. Also with that being said whoever owns this place should be ashamed of their selves because everyone there is way over worked. They do not have enough staff at this location and haven’t had enough in about a year. I was told one time by someone who use to work here that the VP wants one person to do two people’s work well that would be good if one person could do the one job they had. Because they are so short handed they are making huge mistakes and horrible food.
