Me and my meemaw came for food yesterday and there was some guy with dark brownish red hair in a little light blue car just smoking wax in his car, with an employee shirt on and everything. Not the first time I’ve seen him do this. We come here 2-3 times a week. Other then that, everything was good like usual.

My online order wasnt ready AGAIN. I’m not sure why they even offer it. Im just a drop in the bucket, but I do spend almost $50 when I get food for my family. Not anymore im no. Update. Went through drive through ordered a whopper with cheese got one with out cheese went back through drive through to tell them they threw 2 pieces of hard cheese in a box and passed it out the window will never go there again, also heard Manager say they put the whooper with cheese in the other bag which the car in front had received. What a dump..

I frequent at the caro, Michigan location. 8 out of 10 times my French toast sticks look like this! They are very dark, hard and crunchy! Today they also taste like onion rings. I have asked before to why the color is so dark and they say its the oil. And when I asked for “lightly colored” they blame the oils again. I suspect that they refry them when someone orders. That’s the only way to explain the color of the French toast sticks.

I’d seen the commercial and all I wanted was to try the new sandwich which after encountering the cashier the name slipped my mind… negativity throws you off like that. I asked her Mam what’s the name of the new sandwich she just shrugged her shoulders looking bitter and mean. After waiting for the pictures on the menu to scroll through an uncomfortable hungry line developing behind me(it’s lunch time) I found the sandwich advertised. Ordered sat down and eagerly bit into what I was hoping was the bk new grilled chicken. Sike!!!! #rawmeat I tried to get my friend to taste it but he was having a time of his own with the weird bacon. We paid for salmonella and high cholesterol with the amount of salt that was on the fries. Threw it all away!!!!! Needless to say you should never spend $20 on a meal and leave the restaurant hungry. If it wasn’t for the brightness of Carrissa’s (not the cashier but another employee) positive attitude I would’ve definitely requested a refund #dobetter #burgerking

Great experience! To whoever took my drive-thru order thank you!! She was very helpful, patient, did great at suggesting things for me as I was undecided on what to get and help clarified for me as well on different combos. It’s one of the closest locations from me and I’m very thankful for what BK offers. Great job Management for having team members like her who displayed joyful attitude and helpful service! 🙂
