Everytime I go to this location, it’s horrible service. I will be going in to talk to the Manager personally, I would like to know who the franchise owner is. In the past, I’ve had a guy take literally 40 min. to serve 3 people, I was about to walk away but it was the only thing my kid wanted. The guy was slow as Molasses and probably stoned. -Now today’s matter, I show up at 6:35pm after playing at the aquarium place with my kids and the lights are off and no one around. I continue to ask if anyone is back there and nothing. 5 min or more goes by and finally a gal comes out and says, “we’re closed, I have to clean up, look at the sign” (mind you, the sign says 7pm). She was speaking so very rudely and I told her that I don’t appreciate her attitude, she completely ignores me and continues working. It was beyond frustrating and I had to go to McDonald’s down the road instead to feed my kids. After the conversation, I turned around and had to take a picture of the sign she rudely pointed to and the clock on the wall…. picture attached.

I’ve eaten here almost every day because of Bjorn. The staff has been difficult there, but ever since he got there, you can assure your food is prepped well and tastes on point. He makes sure everything runs as it’s supposed to and makes sure the recipes are correct if someone else is making it. A lot of the staff has had a whatever that should taste good attitude, and Bjorn won’t have it. He also comes up with good ideas and even on his second week of working there knew how to make a sandwhich that subway can make but don’t have on their menu. I didn’t even have to tell him, he knew!

HORRIBLE customer service!!! Out of everything I asked for, was told because they close in 45 minutes! Sounds like poor ordering to me.Then told they were going into the back to get somthing to eat until I was ready! Who does this? Did you not already have a lunch halfway into your shift? Almost $8 for a 6in with barely anything on it? I remembered $5 Footlong days!!! Worst Subway I’ve ever been to. Save your money and time, go somwhere else, I will be!

Matt is a terrible representation of customer service. After waiting forever with 2 people in front of me, (because he can’t stop talking), he started my order. I had 3 people behind me when a man went straight to the register and ordered. When I said something about people being in line he got mad, stopped making my sandwich went to the back grabbed a mop and stasted mopping the floor. A couple in line walked away and so did I. I work in the mall and will never go back to this subway

This 4 stars is purley for the employee that was working today all by herself on feb 20th. She was an older lady, very kind. A little before 3pm i arrived to get my kids a&w. I was then going to go to sunway for a wrap but she had put a sign up saying she was going on break. You can tell she was trying her best. So many people were waiting on subway. Obviously your short staffed but having to lose money on a busy Saturday afternoon because nobody could come help her at work? I decided to wait the 30 mins an get a wrap. She literally had lost her voice an she was still giving the best customer service telling me this when i told her i hoped she had a betterday. . Wheres the manager? Obviously times are hard for everyone with the pandemic but seriously? So many people walked away an didnt wait but i did and im glad i got to tip her. This lady deserves a raise.

I was going to order a salad and asked the employee if they had any sugar free meat. He said “I have no idea.” I then asked if he had a nutritional chart I could look at, he again said “I have no idea.” I walked away. With limited places to eat at the mall that are low carb, I didn’t have many choices for lunch. I expected Subway to be a little more helpful. The employee was rude. After I walked away, I googled and found they had protein bowls. This wasn’t mentioned. I didn’t order and won’t go back.

As an employee and a customer of subway I do understand some of the bad reviews we’ve gotten in the past. We are a smaller location and do our best to serve our customers with the up most respect. Thank you for you service and the feed back. We’ve recently let go of a few employees who’s attitudes and customer sevices skills weren’t up to par. And hired two new employees. Thanks again for all your patients and understanding while we transition them into our crew.

The lady working today at 1:40 was the best service I’ve ever had here please give her a raise she deserves it shes training and serving and had a wonderful personality definitely coming back just cause of her I wasn’t able to get her name but hopefully this narrow it down

I just got done ordering a 12″ pro chicken bacon ranch aub. One of the employees was not only incredibly slow, but seemed very stoned. The other employee was handling rhe cash register while finishing the subs. She handled my food with one of the same gloves she handled cash with, and tried to pass it off like she never touched it, wnd tried to double charge me. I will NEVER eat here again as I’m disgusted with the overall service and lack of consideration for health code. Do not eat here.
