This place treated us really great many times. Really like the updated dining area. Not sure if it’s a new or just remodeled but we got great service midday today. I know there are bad reviews on *service, I take that seriously. I cannot stand being treated badly at any dining place: fast food places to nicer places, we deserve to be treated well. Today, Kay was a sweetheart And our food was fresh I appreciate your efforts McDonald’s.

Ordered food through the drive through. They sent us to the side in the reserved section because they couldn’t get the food ready fast enough. Not a problem, I know they can get busy. The issue was we sat waiting for our food for over 20 minutes. The person delivering the food to the cars parked in the reserved section wandered around. She wasn’t able to find the car was supposed to be giving the food to causing everyone to wait to get their food. By the time we got ours it was cold.

Went for breakfast this morning and spent $62. You would think with spending that much money they would actually get the stuff right. Had to go back to the counter 4 times to get stuff fixed. Our drinks didn’t come till our breakfast was almost gone. And then getting told a Medium size coffee is a large is messed up it even says it on the side of the cup and then trying to pass off a small as a medium but then when the third iced coffee comes out and it’s a large like u ordered it nothing is said…. didn’t like getting attitude from the works when being confronted about it. And then when talking to a manager and explaining everything. They acted like they didn’t care…. so I think I will keep my money next time and find some where els to go. Absolutely ridiculous

Another great customer experience thanks to the folks at this McDonalds. Your awesome performance even caused a fight in my home. My order wasn’t even close. Wife stopped by in order to grab a quick meal on a Friday night while we have 3 sick kids anxiously waiting for their “happy meals”. She purchased a double Qtr lber w cheese (mobile order) and added mac sauce at the drive thru and got a single w out sauce. Sweet Tea no ice came all ice as if you guys wanted to just ruin someone’s evening. For the happy meals my kids got multiple apple slices when no one wanted anything but fries. My son got a double i guess the extra pattie was good on his sandwich and thank you for making it with onions and ketchup after it was specifically asked without. Oh my large fry was half filled and three days cold. I took one bite of my burnt bun burger and out of anger I slammed it all in the trash. It is not my usual thing to do this but you guys must understand that people don’t deserve this even if you are having a tough day or a busy one. Quit that place if you’re not a fan of providing a decent service to folks. Have a wonderful day McDonalds I’m not coming back to this place again. 1 star could’ve been 0 but it didn’t let me.

McDonald’s food is the same all over. But the McDonald’s near the college has the best customer service of any McDonald’s I’ve been to for the past 30 years. All employees had a great attitude, had a smile on their faces and welcomed us when we entered. It didn’t stop there, many times they asked we needed anything and how was our meal. They even said thank you, and have a good day as we departed. Thank you.

Keep trying but I guess at this point I’m considered insane thinking they’ll do better. They can never get an order right. Never have we ever received ONIONS on a sausage and cheese bagel but apparently that’s the thing now? Tried to call to talk to someone about it and no one answered the phone multiple times. Customer service is Terrible. I’m glad my husband looked before he ate it considering he’s allergic to onions

Waited over 10 minutes for my food after waiting 10 min to order. Asked for sweet tea it wasn’t sweet. Asked for plain chicken sandwich got a spicy sandwich with too much sauce.

Never been displeased with a place, I pulled in one morning to the drive thru the lady came over the speaker to get my order It was so loud in the back ground she asked me to REPEAT my order two times, when she asked for the third time I told her I’ll go somewhere else where they are more concerned with their customer.

Came to this location and my breakfast was horrible!! It looks like someone deliberately put hair in my food and the wrapping on my food was crumbled up like it came out of the trash!! I asked for light ice because my teeth are sensitive and my cup was filled up with nothing but ice!! I will be contacting the owner this is ridiculously nasty!! If I could do negative stars I would!!
