This Jersey Mikes just keeps getting worse and worse. Tonight we finally vowed never to go back again. We had tried to give them another chance because of the charity donation night tonight. Wanted to help out a good cause but it would have been more beneficial to just send a check to a charity and order an actually decent sub from sorrentos or primos. There was about a 1/4 cup of tuna in a “giant” whole sub. They were also extremely rude when we went to pick up our order. We will not be going back.

John was of absolutely amazing service! He took the time to accommodate to all of my allergies and answer all of my questions all while having a smile on his face. My five hyper kids also ordered sandwiches and he managed to get everything done quickly. He did everything in a timely manner. I was not a fan of jersey mikes because it has been so hard to accommodate to my needs, but John has changed this experience for me! Definitely will be back soon!

I pick up for DoorDash and the gentleman named Matt is always there. This time when I came to pick up, they were extremely busy and Matt did an exceptional job! I’ve never seen anyone make sandwiches so quickly and correctly. Amazing customer service from him. And because of how he treated the customers, no customer was upset, they actually thanked him for his hard work. thank you Matt for always doing your job to the fullest.

A year later, and I made the mistake of ordering from this location again. I ordered a giant #5(ham, cappacuolo, prosciuttini, and provolone) for $18.95. They gave me a #2 instead(ham, cappacuolo, and provolone). DoorDash redelivered my sandwich, but there was no oil and vinegar on it. It’s really not worth it to order from this location. They’re overpriced and constantly make mistakes. They post pictures that show subs that are piled high, but that is not what you get. Their sandwiches are skimpy. They don’t even apply adequate seasoning. They are pathetic and take no pride in doing their job correctly. Previous review: This was my skimpy $11.20 roast beef and provolone sub. They gave me the dried out end that was riddled with fat. I used to order from here a lot, but this is precisely why I haven’t ordered in 3 months and probably won’t ever order again. I’m sure the person who made this sandwich wouldn’t have used this piece of roast beef if he was making it for himself.

Jersey Mike’s in freehold, there is the convenient app, you can select the sub that you want and all the ingredients that you want, pay for it and then go pick it up at the time that is specified in the app that it will be ready. They used to make sandwiches that are really full so I could justify the half sub price(they call it regular), but now I find myself wondering where the contents are if I don’t pay for extra meat. The parking lot is very easy to get in and out of, there’s plenty of room and the counter help is friendly. However another drawback is this is yet another place that has added tipping into the payment process. I am picking up an order, why am I why am I expected to tip?

Walked in to pick up a door dash the tall skinny guy who was making the sandwiches in the front. Did not greet me I said hi I’m here to pick up a door dash his response was “that’s all you had to say” two other customers walked in he greeted them with no problem. The 3 of them who was in working did not help me at all the one who was in the back mopping looking at me and walked right to the back. This happened in July 21st @ 6:35pm. I do not appreciate how I was treated whatsoever will not return to this Jersey mikes.
