Bro this one of the worst mcdonald’s. Not only have i heard things about how they treat there employees. The food they provided was just wrong. Half filled up fries. Cold and stale. nuggets weren’t fresh. I asked for everything fresh i have to throw away food because i’m sick to my stomach. Like this so bad please do better.

Went to drive through around 6:00 am Saturday, awful customer service from these employees looked like they were in a bad mood. They didn’t greet or give me a total, didn’t ask if I needed condiments cream or sugar. I was waiting for about five minutes until an employee waived from second window, Terrible customer service, never been to a McDonald’s and experienced this type of service, hopefully this gets through to the employees so they understand how it affects customers

We went to go get food after school and they wouldn’t let us in because we’re not allowed in from 3-5. We asked respectfully why we weren’t when we just wanted it buy food. We understood their point but when a kid walked out with a shake while we were talking and we asked why he was allowed in and the 10 of us standing outside weren’t the employee said it wasn’t his problem. So now we’re going to in n out!

THURSDAY AUG. 10, 2023. WHAT IS REALLY GOING ON AT THIS LOCATION??? FOH person taking my order to go whas pretty much a cardboard standing employee. No personality at all! ( Latina, slick back salt/pepper hair) I might as well have ordered from the kiosk….oh wait, those don’t work at all. Well, my Big Mac was cold and my fries were soggy. The only thing good was my Dr. Pepper!!! Can we please take a look at this location and figure out what’s going on??? Very dissappointed!!!

Ordering ahead is a breeze. Lots of deals if you’re ordering from the app. Service is just okay. Cleanliness in the store is just alright. There’s no trash on the tables but couldn’t say if it’s adequately wiped clean.

Placed order through mobile app. Got to the window and was asked to park in space 3. Waited about 10 min for my food that I had pre-ordered through the app. Received my order and left. Shortly after I left I checked the bag and my “Large Fries” we 1/2 full. I searched the bag thinking that maybe they fell in the bag…… nope! I just simply got ripped off.

Apparently there’s a “posted policy” that allows these McDonald’s workers to actively discriminate against any type of student that chooses to walk in between 3:30p-5p, completely turning them away without any form of service. The manager that spoke to my younger sister and her friends DID NOT ask if they were adults (18+). He saw them and chose to not serve them, due to them being students. The lady I spoke to on the phone said that if they had an ID to prove that they were 18, they would’ve been fine. HOWEVER, the manager during my sister’s visit DID NOT ask for an ID. There was no way for my sister and her friends to prove that they were adults because the manager did not allow them to prove otherwise. This is very clear discrimination, they turned all 3 of them away without service.
