On multiple occasions I’ve ordered via drive through and had been asked to pull up and wait for my order to be walked out to me. Every time they do this I end up waiting extra long as if they forget they asked me to pull up, and they always get my order wrong or forget items. I have to park and go inside to wait in another line to sort it out. It’s happened multiple times and it’s only this location. I frequent multiple Duncan Donuts around the area and in Tampa. Super frustrating. I won’t be stopping here again. Always check your order before they walk off, and better yet never pull up when they ask.

5/22/2023 Got there at 1pm. The donuts had not been replenished from the morning sales. Half the racks empty and the remaining racks half full. Ahead of me was one person with a large order plus a line of cars at the window. As I wanted a dozen donuts I left for the next nearest Dunkin. That one had similar problems. While only a mile from my home only went here because the superior Frays Donuts is closed on Mondays.

I got a Dunkin gift card and decided to come into this store for a coffee and donuts. It was a slow day as there is no car on the drive through so I just walked in. There were about 4 employees there but no one say Welcome to Starbucks. I guess it is Dunkin thing. LOL. This funny-looking-hair and emotionless employee came up to the counter I asked for a black coffee and two glazed donuts using my gift card. This funny looking employee hanged me back the receipt and checked the receipt and I don’t see the balance on it, so I asked him if there is a way to check the balance on the Dunkin gift card. Again this funny-looking-hair due responded emotionless, I don’t know, check the receipt. I looked at the receipt again, it clearly did not state balance available. Oh well, let us not waste time and move on. Then he stopped and told me, “there is only one glazed donuts.” I was like, what? he repeated, “there is only one glazed donuts” and stared at me. I thought to myself, “oh no, decision, decision! should I inquire if there was more glazed donuts? he probably does not know either even though he worked. I don’t want to make him think or work too much because he seemed losing patience.” So I said, just give me a rainbow donuts. The funny-looking-hair dude quickly picked up the donuts and handed me the bag and walked away. it was odd. I am sorry for this guy, he obviously work at the service-oriented sector and needs to deal with a lot of people. It seems he was either tired or just don’t care. maybe he needs a coffee! I would suggest that he goes through additional service training or maybe hair style training because he sucked at both. Never coming back to this store again, Terrible customer services!

I have be going to Dunkin donuts for years for the croissant egg and bacon sandwich. The place was empty their prices are a little bit too high. I need to come up with something to get people in there I was the only customer in the store. Their selection of donuts was very small. And the single donut prices were very high. The only reason I went there was checkers line was so far out the door that just didn’t pay to stop there.

Only because I can’t leave no stars . Waited at the drive through speaker for 5 minutes. No customers inside or on line (now I know why) . Drove around and girl playing on her phone behind counter. Place was filthy just walking in . Turned around and left without ordering after seeing donut selection was nearly empty other than plain. Saddest Dunkin Donuts experience in all my 54 years and many are bad these days

Walk in, not greeted, stand at counter, eye contact with 5 employees, only one black guy actually working, and not a word from them, one lady actually comes to the register from her group she was talking with and then starts communicating with another worker, literally right across the counter form me and nothing, not a hello, or help at all. Can’t wait till Dunkin gets AI to replace these bottom feeders.
