Went for lunch, no one else there. I even commented to husband about how it was empty. Now we know why. One employee sitting eating her lunch, friendly greeting; other employee was friendly, took our order which took an exceptionally long time to receive given they were not busy at all. Burger didn’t have mustard which we requested. When we checked the burger my husband saw the middle of the onion was black like it was growing mold. It was disgusting. He went to turn it and told me not to eat my food as we were now concerned about sanitary issues. He politely requested a refund, the woman took his credit card but said she won’t refund my food. The burger was sitting behind the counter, my husband said he wanted a picture so we could inform the manager but he did not want to step behind the counter. The woman grabbed the burger wrapped it up, threw his card on the counter and said have nice day,bye. No refund, no apology, just attitude at this point. Manager not there but I was told he’d call. Hasn’t happened yet. What happened to common courtesy and common sense? What did this woman care about us taking a picture? Unless she’s responsible for the quality of the food they give us. Must a nasty place. Oh and my husband said the bathroom smelled disgusting; probably why they had the door propped open.

I waited at least half an hour in the drive thru today, I just wanted some hash rounds. Waited another 5–6 mins after being cashed out. This isn’t the first time I’ve seen the drive thru take so long to get through. I’ve been okay with waiting a little bit but today’s visit really showed that there’s a big staffing issue that needs to be fixed. I wanna keep coming back because the food is good and this location is the closest one to my home, so please management/corporate get it together.

I don’t know who the biscuit maker is but they need to be trained. Every biscuit I have ordered over a 3 week period has been undercooked, falling apart, and somehow split in the middle. I tried giving multiple chances but will not return. Miss the “old” biscuits sooooo much!

Had to wait almost 10 minutes in the drive thru for the staff to finish hanging out in the parking lot. Unapologetically had my order taken. Burgers were crushed and the bacon charred so bad I had to eat something to get the taste out. How do you burn the only order on the board? Just gonna pre make my own burgers tired of spending half what 3lbs of beef costs just to have a burger so bad it needs a chaser.

The lady running the drive-through was polite, well spoken and also gave me great’s timely service and made sure I had everything I needed and reminded me of things that I was about to forget! Her name was AJ, which was short for something…. Thanks AJ!

Well I worked at this location about a year and it was nice,then they had. Change in management in which messed up lot of things.We had employees quitting and our days of work lessened.They had an employee who stays drunk and still works putting everyone’s safety at risk.its sad and I’ll never work there again.

I must say that the atmosphere in the store was very obvious. I was greeted with a big GOOD MORNING from Mrs. Ajovia. She was very attentive to my order and even was so good that I upgraded my meal. Mrs. Ajovia is very knowledgeable about her job and knows what it means to serve customers. I recommend her for employee of the month for outstanding performance and customer service skills. She represents the Hardee’s way. Mrs. Ajovia is a natural born leader. Thank you so much for doing your job the way only you do. Great employee and wonderful service.

I went in to use the bathroom before I was gping through the drive-thru. I had to go to the one door they had open, then some lady at the counter greets me with “what you need?”. I told her I’d be back in just a second and when I was leaving the bathroom, I heard “See, she’s not ordering anyway, they always do that.

How is it that they are pulling cars in the parking lot at 6:00 when they open at 5:30. Cause they don’t have no food. I hope corporate office knows that they are not getting people in and out of the drive thru that quick. NO WE ARE WAITING IN THE PARKING LOT!!!!!!! Do something about this. They have three car waiting
