Great new location. New drive through and it’s really quick. This location just scored major points with me. It’s one of the best run locations. It’s a much bigger store than their old one. Better service, staff is always friendly and get my order right each time. The parking lot is well designed so traffic flows in and out easily. The bathrooms are super clean (they are brand new) inside the store is well laid out with a nice seating area. I highly recommend this location over some of the other ones.

This location needs to get it together, they messed up every part of my order this morning. I order a French vanilla ice coffee, they give me French Vanilla Swirl, instead of Turkey sausage I get regular sausage and lastly instead of chocolate munchkins for my son the bag they gave was a frosted coffee roll. Seriously guys, get your house in order.

The older woman at the drive-through window was extremely rude and unprofessional. after waiting for a few minutes in line, and then finally having my turn at the intercom, no one answered after numerous attempts of asking if anybody was there. so I waited at the intercom for the rest of the cars to pull up to the window take their order and leaves. I then thought that the intercom was not working and proceeded to the window again after waiting additional time, the woman opens the window and asked me what my order was. I told her that I didn’t place the order as I was waiting for a while and thought that the intercom wasn’t working she proceeded to tell me that she was too busy and then I needed to pull around and wait in line again this is not how customer service is supposed to be.

I have NEVER been willing to waste my time on a D&D review but this place deserves to be shut down! The sin of having such a prime spot and being such a TOTAL dumpster fire! Rude as can be, wait is worse than the busiest I’ve been to and this place gets like no customers, can’t get an order right for nothing! You are a disgrace! America may run on dunkin BUT Americans should run from this dunkin! I have the upmost respect for people with jobs that serve the public because the public is awful but this place doesn’t serve the public they torture them!

I walk into the facility to order a sandwich bc the drive thru line was too long. I was the only customer inside and it too approx 4-5 min for an employee to greet me and take my order. After waiting for 5 more minutes and seeing the drive thru line continue to get served before me I asked them to check on my order. Seems it never went through and was no where to be found. Now running late for work I did not have time to wait for my order or a refund. Service was slow and employees immature.

Always takes forever and apparently its gross inside.. buddy of mine used to work at this location and he suggested I don’t get the food.. They need new management/employees asap. This was my go-to location as it’s so close but now I always reconsider. You’re better off going to Seasons CMC across the street, or Coffee Connection down the road.

Probably the slowest Dunkin Donuts I’ve been to. Stayed at the Hampton inn across the street, got coffee here every morning. Had to get there early to wait in drive thru- or in the store for 10-15 mins.

Worst dunkin I’ve ever been too. Sat in the drive through lane at 7am prime coffee/breakfast time before work. I sat in the line for 15 minutes before I was even asked for an order and two cars pulled off in front of me. Finally I got my order and sat for another 5 minutes and finally I had to leave without my order to get to work on time. It wasn’t that even busy inside either. I’ve been inside and turned down before. Horribly understaffed.
