Wings and things/sweet and spicy.The customer service was nice but for 12.16 , this portion size is not reasonable. The quality of the food is about a 3. I will say that the white lady that works drive thru is very kind but the black lady is very rude and needs to work on her customer service.

Why did I just wait in the drive through for 30 mins for just a salad?? This location continues to disappoint. The last time I tried to get food here I couldn’t get any of the many people behind the counter laughing and playing to acknowledge me. Thought I’d give it another chance but apparently nothing has changed. Problem is they still want us to pay these increased prices even though service is nonexistent. $11 for a salad only and the dressing packets are smaller than they used to be. Two packets used to be plenty. Now you can’t taste the dressing on the salad with two packets. Of course you can pay extra for more dressing. I won’t be going back. These greedy corporations are out of control and need to be stopped. So much for “New Management” more like greedy management.

Service was great drive thru lines were long. We sent in and dine for almost $80 dollars the food was horrible. We ended up pitching out our food and got back on the rd. With upset stomachs. The dining room tables were sticky and the boths were dirty with crumbs.

I ordered my food online for pick up. I arrived at the time It was promised. I had to wait an extra 20 minutes. When it arrived, I had to pull back thru the drive-thru. I was missing a extra fry, 2 different sauces for our meal, and and 2 sets of utensils for our salads. I was given a bag with what was told had everything. Turns out 1 set of utensils was still missing. I finally gave up and went inside to get it myself. The food was good once we got to eat, but it was almost 30 minutes past when I planned to eat.

I went through the drive through yesterday for lunch and purchased the traditional wing meal. I immediately returned it because of the cooked feather. The manager said it was a gristle. I will not be returning. This was one of my favorite locations.

If you are a chicken lover this is definitely the place to go with small children under the age of 10 between the hours of 5 p.m. and 8 p.m. dining only your children eat free! The location is nice and convenient the food is a little flavorless for my taste buds but it was hot fresh and came very fast their workers were courteous professional and pleasant I will definitely try this location again! 4 for adults and 3 toddlers we spent $43 amazing deal!

WHAT is the deal with the drive-thru? I can never understand the mumbled excuse of why they can’t take drive-thru orders. As a handicapped person, going inside is not an option. I like your food, but I am tired of making the effort to go there, just to be told to come inside. Not happening. You are losing business. If the drive-thru is closed, block it off to alleviate my frustration!
