Wish I had taken a better photo but I wanted to commend this shop! New ownership has made a huge difference. I only use mobile ordering but I pick up inside and my orders are ready when I arrive with few exceptions. Some regular staff that are recognizable and very friendly. I only wish they would open more locations going west, like Cotton or Jackrabbit! I visit about 12 times each month and I love it!

Ordered the Maple bacon Croissant sandwich with no egg. The rep took my payment. Another rep ask what are we waiting for? Assuming she just didn’t know, we told her the exact sandwich order. It was actually on the counter in front of her. She handed it to us, we said thank you and left. Open the wrapping, I received an warm sandwich with an ice cold egg!! Smh Lol

Wow I just had the best customer service experience! I was waiting for my frozen coffee and donut holes along with others, and one of the staff members took control of the entire store and assured everyone had their coffee and food order in a timely manner. I’m not typically a Dunkin girly but I will definitely come more often to this location!

First, there was Garbage overflowing in front, with a sign touting new ownership! Then our order was wrong missing items, coffee had Grounds in it, my Bagel was so hard I could barely bite through it, my husband’s coffee roll was half the size it used to be. It was very evident this place was under staffed. The few tables were not even wiped off. I have always loved Dunkin Donuts. This was just a shameful experience today. My ticket # was 1717, 7:39 am. ***So, that trash had to be from Day before!

Seems to be under new ownership. My last 2 visit have been fantastic. You can go inside or drive thru and order and pay with card or cash unlike before. Staff seems a lot more friendly not sure if they cleaned house during the change over. Hopefully this spot can keep up the service i have gotten my last 2 visits into the future

I frequent Dunkin often for work treats for my staff and love the convenience of the order ahead/mobile order as I am typically on a pretty strict schedule. What is the point in scheduling sometimes a day in advance if the food is still not going to be ready when I get there? The staff at this particular location always seem to not know what is going on at any given time. I always have to come in and try to get someone’s attention to ask them where my mobile order is. It has never been on time. They all keep their heads down and pretend customers are not there waiting for anything. Not one single employee ever acknowledges any customer that walks through the door. I totally understand being busy, absolutely. But a nice “hi welcome in, someone will be right with you” goes a long way. I never see a manager coordinating anything in this store. I hope the manager of this store sees this review because this entire staff needs to be retrained.

Avocado toast is just cold bread with avocado spread and everything seasoning. Shouldn’t be called avocado toast if you aren’t gonna toast the bread. This happens every time I order avocado toast. I would like my bread “toasted” when ordering avocado TOAST. It tastes so chewy and not pleasant when the bread isn’t toasted. Just doesn’t taste right.

This new ownership is garbage. Once I heard new ownership I thought this dunkin was going to do a 180 from the last regime… Oh was I so wrong. Mobile orders are constantly wrong. Whenever you go inside, the employees act like don’t see you when you try to get someone’s attention. Recently my drink was made wrong and the employee gave me attitude and tried to argue with me and not remake it. Never seen a manager working. Whoever is in charge. Please read this. This staff either needs retraining or get rid of staff and reset

Figured, it’s Dunkin…can’t be as bad as the rating. Well, I was wrong…the low rating is definitely deserted. Went in for a filled donut and when asked what they were filled with, “I don’t know…they didn’t label them. Some are chocolate, some are lemon…” Seriously, what a lack of service and management. If they’re not labeled and your counter person doesn’t know, that’s bad management.

After dropping my car off at Firestone, I headed over to this Dunkin’ and grabbed a seat to work. Environment was nice, music was loud but not bad, and I was able to get my house coffee in a short amount of time. Staff was nice and helpful.
