Honestly probably the best BK location I’ve ever been to. Great service (hat’s off to Michele for being the most polite drive-thru attendant ever, even asked if I wanted a crown (I did)). Great food. Never a wrong order. Only thing I would say is they need to replace the sun-bleached (2014) advertisements on the sides of the building, but that’s a nit-pick for sure.

I have to hand it to this particular crew as they were running on all eight cylinders and got EVERYTHING right. I ordered my double Whopper fresh off The broiler; the double Whopper was delivered quickly and it was hot, hot, hot — just the way I asked for it. Plus I could hear and feel the positive energy behind the counter; the positive, appropriate banter from the employees behind the counter made me feel like they actually didn’t mind being at work and they gave a s*** about their jobs. Best double Whopper I have had in over forty years, without a doubt. Well done to all the employees and management at this particular Burger King — something’s cooking there and Burger King corporate would be well-served to figure out their secret formula.

Arrived to a dead store, employees just standing around, the youngster taking our order seemed upset to have to start working, the group we were with all got their food 20 min apart from each other, leaving my husband and I waiting 45 minutes for our meal, to end up with hair in our food.. short blond or light brown n my family n myself all have black hair so obviously wasnt ours…the manager super unprofessional said he lost the receipt n couldn’t refund our barely touched meal, he could only take our phone number, his excuse for the wait and his employees excuses were vastly different and a just gross exaggeration ( they were busy… um no they weren’t no one was there) to the guy in back was new ( as a manager myself I’d have gone n picked up the slack, had the new guys back, but this manager would rather be on his phone hiding in the back)

When I called to complain and asked for the manager the little girl said “Only managers can answer the phones”. I asked her if she was the one working drive thru she said she was and “They ALWAYS send out fresh food”. Hahaha what a joke see pictures below. These are the “fresh” onion rings I got plus 1 really fresh chicken nuggets. I paid 33.20 for my order it was right on the screen. I can tell you one thing if you lie to customers that’s why your food sits under the heat lamp and looks like that. If any of us get sick I’m calling the health department.

Nothing wrong with the food. But, there is one woman who works at night who I have the problem with. As soon as I pull up to order her attitude starts. She complains about absolutely everything. I just wanted to drive away and go to Kwik Trip. I don’t go often but when I do she is rude every time. I don’t like get people fired, but you will lose customers because of her attitude. I know I will not be back at night. So sorry for negative review.

My roommate and I went to order a cheat meal, and they got my order wrong. I ordered the number 8, they gave me a number 7. They were not busy at all. Not to mention, the chicken patty was dripping in grease and had tomatoes on the sandwhich when the receipt stated no tomatoes. We called, after getting home and discovering the mix-up, to return to have it fixed. The guy apologized and stated he added nuggets to the bag for compensation of the mistake. It was 3 luke warm dry nuggets. I can see why they are always lacking customers when we drive by.

Was at this bk and it’s very nasty in side parking lot had trash all over the place. In side the front door was was nasty sticky. My order was made wrong. Crew is very Unprofessional with comstomers, all were dropping the f bomb. Won’t be returning to this one any time soon

Should be no stars. I can’t believe I was served a burger so undercooked that it was still red. See attached picture. Absolutely disgusting. The health department needs to look into this place. Update: Contacted BK corporate and the store for a resolution. Corporate told me the store will take care of it. Still no response from either. Don’t waste your money at this location.
