Food is mediocre fast food Chinese. If you order a large box of Cream Cheese Rangoon they give you only 3 ketchup size packets of sweet and sour sauce for the whole box. They’ve gotten super stingy with the sweet and sour sauce in the past year. Even if you ask for extra sweet and sour sauce they will barely give you any. So, we’ve decided to completely boycott this place altogether now. The place is dirty, the glass doors are not clean and the floor is grimy. I’d suggest paying more and going to PF Changs for far better Chinese food.

Horrific customer service!! My 2nd Panda Express in 15 min. Serving dishes empty or burnt. I paid and was supposedly waiting for my food to be cooked. After standing there for 15 minutes watching server cashier and cook shoot the breeze the cook says “has she been heloed”? Server: “she’s waiting for her food”. I asked for refund now server tells me it will be ready in 3 min. I am done! Now in there for 20 min and they don’t know how much their own 2 plate is. Geezus!!

This is by far my favorite place to eat in the area . I have an early lunch, around 9:30 and I’m usually their first customer. The staff is very friendly and cheerful. The restaurant is always clean and tidy.

This location constantly messes up to-go orders. I don’t know how hard it is to read an online order and fill it with the correct food, but apparently it’s pretty mentally taxing. More often than not, any food that I get here is done wrong.

The food is very good, I will give them that. However, the customer service on the other hand, not so much. I arrived at the store and asked the lady whose name was Karen (shocker, I know) for my order pickup. She very rudely snapped at me “Okay, give me one minute”. After waiting a while, when my food was ready, she placed it on top of the sneeze guard, nearly dropping my food. Luckily I caught it before it fell.

A nice young man took my order but I had to wait 6 mins for honey sesame. 10 mins later a young lady starts making my order and I stepped up to the window to help. Apparently what I ordered isn’t allowed and instead of speaking with the young man about it privately, she yelled at him in front of other customers saying “I don’t know why he told you that! We can’t do that! Why did you tell her that?!” I even prepaid, but she tried to give me less food like I wouldn’t notice.

BEWARE they close at 9:30pm but shut there fires off at at 9 and have absolutely nothing and even tell you they don’t have enough for even a Serving. Why even stay open at that point. Worst service ever.

Horrible customer service and we waited over 15 min for fresh food. Mean while they had already packed our sides up so those were nice and ice cold by the time they got around to making the food we stood around waiting for. They made several dishes while we stood around (the only ones in the store, with no one line) while the ones we ordered sat in the fryer.
