Just moved to the area so Monday night was our first time ordering at this particular Domino’s. I ordered our usual 3 pan pizzas and all 3 of them were the worst pan pizzas I have ever had hardly any cheese on them even if it were a regular crust pizza but this is a pan pizza not to mention I asked for extra cheese. I work hard for my money and like to treat my kids to pizzas at least once a month so its infuriating when I don’t get what I pay for especially when I’m paying extra for a pizza. I’m sure nothing will be done about it either by the looks of these reviews.

I didn’t get a chance to do my review Monday but here’s an update. So despite all the negative reviews I decide to take a chance on this location and to be honest I’m glad I did. I did the 50% off pizzas and I honestly have to say this location did wonderful despite some mishaps. I think they’re under new management because there was some training happening on the night shift. I have to say this for the pros:

Their location is always busy because the employees and the managers be on point and work as a team with patience and communication with one another. Every time I have placed an order online it has been ready on time for me to pick up. Their pizzas always taste delicious and they have made me like Domino’s pizzas once again. These, people are not only sooo awful with customer service they’re also thieves… Last, sunday, I was at work and I ordered pizza, they sent me duplicate orders, but I refused the other order cos it is obviously a duplicate (sent by 2 diff delivery drivers) I mean,, 4 large boxes of pizza that nobody is going to finish. So, I tried to call them & they ignored my calls after they found out that I am calling regarding a mistake on the order then I called back pretending to order pizza so i can speak with someone, and this woman who answered says ok give me a few mins I need to speak with the manager and she put me on hold for more than 1 hour and I saved that call, but never address the issue. and still they charged me with the duplicate order even though they took it back… If I probably, step in that place with horrible customer service i can already see the kind of people working in it. and none whatsoever, I will wish to work in my business or any other franchise. I loved Domino’s pizza, but I will never ever eat Dominos again.

This was the worst experience I have EVER had with a restaurant and I mean EVER I would advise people to choose another location. I watched a guy drop someone’s pizza boxes. And the lady working picked it up and they won’t even know it’s cold anyway and put it back on the shelf. Like grosssssss and my tracker said my food was some at 721 I stood and watched them pull my pizza out sit it on a shelf knee high and lean over it touch it with there apron and I didn’t get my food till 805 when they decided to box it. When a cashier or driver whatever said what you waiting on and I told him my food and pointed at it he got an attitude with me and decided to talk to me however he wanted and said what you want me to do about it…I said excuse me he do you see what’s going on here…. like very unprofessional also the woman had shorts on that her shirt covered it up to the point t she looked like she didn’t have any on. There was also a young lady with her child who ordered 1 pizza before me and left after me she asked for a refund and they ignored her and I asked for one as well and was refused. Worst experience ever. They delivered my pizza wrong when I asked for no cheese it was scattered all over. I’ve been attempting to call for over an hour and been hung up on every single time. I just want my food done correctly, or completely refunded and for someone to answer.
