Marco’s Pizza has stepped up their game! This is take out but the last 2 pizza’s I’ve gotten from them have been phenomenal! Fresh ingredients right amount of sauce (they had been a bit dry before) and ready in less than 10 minutes! Staff is friendly and helpful. Please go see them. If you order online they send you great coupons! Worth it!

On June 14, 2023 I placed an order with this location via Uber Eats for a medium pepperoni magnifico at 6:39p.m. order #9DBE5. Upon the uber drivers arrival the pizza slid out of the box through the side which should have been closed properly. The uber driver and I reached out to Marcos with hopes of having the pizza remade due to an improper boxing error o the pizza. However, we were denied because according to the employee it was the drivers responsibility to ensure the pizza was secured in its enclosure prior to leaving the store. Uber didn’t charge me for the order so I placed another order, #B078C, at 8:09 p.m. with hopes of getting another pizza. Hope was crushed that day due to the negligence of the employee. I was contacted by the new Uber driver that the employee made claim that my order had already been picked up. This resulted in my order being cancelled without warrant or explanation. I contacted Marcos to find out why they had given misinformation without verifying the time and order number on the newly placed order. No one could give me an answer only that they “thought” it was the same order. I have 5 years of experience working in food service so there was no plausible excuse they could give me for this negligence. I spoke to three different employees and no one could come up with a feasible answer. I asked for a solution to an issue the employee created and they offered to make another one however I would have to come and pick it up. I deliberately ordered through Uber because I was unable to pick up my own order due to me working an over night shift for the next 12 hours. I asked if the order could be delivered and was denied due to the claim of not being within their delivery zone. I work 11 minutes away from their location. After asking for the number for either corporate or the franchise owner to file my complaint only then did they try to accommodate me. Even that was an issue because I was going to have to wait until after 10:00p.m. for my order to be delivered when it should have already been delivered to me. The employees were not helpful at all and I still never received my replacement for their negligence. I had to continuously ask for the number to corporate or the franchise owner, which I never received, and they passed the phone around as if it was a game of hot potato. I filed a complaint on the website the same day and have not received a response. Now I am leaving a review on the service as no feasible solution was obtained and none of the employees seemed to take my issue that they created seriously.

I’ve been coming to this place for a couple of months and have loved every order, however today(May 1st, 2020) My pizza was very over cooked. It didn’t looked that bad until I started to bite in the slice and the bread was very hard and falling apart. I’m never the one to complain, but I had to call the location(1590 Holcomb bridge road in Alpharetta) where I ordered the pizza to let them know that I had an over cooked pizza. I made the call at 9:23pm to report. The person that I talked to was very rude and basically told me that I was lying and said he couldn’t do anything for me. He also said that I may have ordered it “well done.” I told him that I didn’t and I have my receipt to prove it. I was very calm the entire time, but I was just surprised that they did me like that because I’ve been coming to this location for a very long time. Let’s just say that I won’t come to this location EVER again. Since he told me I was lying about my pizza I’m going to post them on here and let the public decide if I’m lying or not. I can’t believe this!! I know the Franchise wouldn’t treat a customer like this.

Hair in pizza. Do not buy pizza here I called to complain about a Hair in my pizza and the lady was very rude. She wanted me to drive to the store to bring the pizzas and get a refund. She also told me to never order pizza there again. Terrible customer service. We will not be buying here again and will let all friends and family know about the Terrible and disgusting situation.

I’m so sad because we used to love this Marcos! Now the quality of service and food is terrible. We ordered carry-out online and tried 3 times to pick it up but it wasn’t ready! Every time we went, the store was full of frustrated customers. When our order was finally ready (2 hours later) the food was cold, poorly prepared and didn’t taste good at all. Nothing like the Marcos we’ve always eaten. So disappointed 🙁

Horrible experience with this location. There was ONLY one worker in the store on 5DEC22 when I went in to pick up my order. The app stated food ready at 6:39p… He was the only one prepping food and talking to folks that walked in to pick up. The phones rang non-stop from 6:39p to 7:05p when I walked out with my food. He didn’t answer the phones. Got the Hawaiian Chicken + 10 BBQ Wings 10 Pieces. My son and I got food poisoning from the food here. As of 7:46p on 6DEC22, we both are still sick in bed from the bad food we ate from Marcos. Who knows what was introduced into our food, as the worker wasn’t practicing the best food prep sanitary practices. For example, he pulled out his cell phone to ask someone on the other end about ingredient to put on a specific order. Swiping to unlock his phone and make a call, then proceeded with the same hands (no gloves) to touch the cheese being spread on the dough. I hate that I paid to get my family and I sick.
