The absolute worst food experience here yet. Not sure if I will return. $40 for 2 steak bombs and nastiest onion rings ever. The pictures look good but it was just plain terrible. The oil they cooked with was ooooooOld and the subs flavor less and subpar on subpar standards. I’m so totally disappointed. I can’t recommend anymore.

After a day of traveling, we ordered from the pizza shop across the street from our hotel. Everything was absolutely delicious. Pizza, spaghetti, salad, and a calzone. My son said his spaghetti could have used more sauce, but other than that, no complaints. Our order was ready quickly. Thank you for a delicious meal.

I am extremely upset about my experience in family pizza place. I heard the place was bad but not as bad as my experience. I ran into the door in the entrance of the pizza place the door was just too clear. I got a huge bump on my head and I was a bit dizzy. some dude came outside and tossed a bucket of water on my head and he yelled out ¨We don´t serve homeless people¨ I was flabbergasted I questioned myself was it the dirty shoes I had on? was it the coffee stain on my shirt? I was greatly offended. I told the person I wasn´t homeless and I went inside to eat anyways since I was starving. I order a pinapple pizza and I waited 1 hour for the pizza and when I went the bathroom it was really stinky and the soap dispenser ran out of soap and the bathroom was filthy I even saw a rat or two. when I finally saw the pizza the crust had a bit of mold and there was 2 pieces of hair and the pizza was cold, like did they cook the pizza and just waited a hour? I hesitated and eat the pizza since i´m not a picky eater. I can´t explain to anyone how bad the pizza but it is horrible I couldn´t believe that anyone would go here. I highly recommend no one go to this pizza place

I would not recommend this place it is extremely overpriced in the portions are a joke. This sub is supposed to be a large roast beef with provolone and pickles if you squint you can see the meat.

Pizza tasted well. The crust needs a little work but everything else tastes great. The sauce, pepperoni, and especially the cheese. It was made super fast as well for a to-go order.

I ordered a roast beef wrap and told them I would be like 45 minutes just so I could pick it up and run. Well, it wasn’t made when I got there and he made it in about two seconds the roast beef maybe two slices were about as thick as a piece of paper. It had mainly lettuce and vegetables in the wrap, and he did not use the plastic gloves to put it together he just used his bare hands. That kind of grossed me out a little bit. Needless to say I will never be going back. Also, the price on the website said 8.99 it cost me 13.99 no way in gods green earth was it with that or the 8.99

I ordered from family pizza 3 orders of 9.99 each. When I picked up my order the price was 47.70. when I called about the price I was told that the prices had gone up. Since they did not have the prices in the computer I don’t think it was fair to charge me that price…. so unfair to the customers
