I’ve been a little busy so pardon the late review. I was in Middletown Ohio on a business trip back in 2021 and found myself in need of some caffeine (me and my boy partied ‘til like 4AM the night before). I usually go to Starbucks but quickly realized there were none around. My boy’s wife used to work at Dunkin so she knows what’s up. She put in a mobile order and we made our way to this location. Let me tell you, the entrance to this place is ROUGH! If your car has bad suspension, save your money and make coffee at home because you will wreck your ride trying to enter and exit this place. On to the coffees though. We ordered 5 drinks, 1 for me, my boy, his boy (son), his nephew, & his queen. Due to a lack of communication – both on our end and the workers of this location we only left with 4 drinks. They were out of a flavor (it happens!). It wasn’t until we drove back to my boys house that we realized we didn’t get our 5th drink. We hopped in the whipparoni and headed back to Dunkin. It was October so it was brick outside (I’m from Brooklyn, it’s alright). Once we pulled into that treacherous parking lot, I went in to the establishment, which wasn’t too busy inside but that drive thru was a different story! I let the worker know my situation and they let me know what happened and made a different drink for me (some sort of iced coffee). We hopped back in the ride and dipped back to the crib. Was a chill morning (literally!) overall.

Best Dunkin donuts around! My coffee drinks are on point every time. Every time I try to visit a different location its just okay at best usually. Also most of the staff there is extremely nice.

Drive thru is super freaking fast for the number of customers. The food is surprisingly good, coffee is good, and it’s very reasonably priced. I usually get a large mocha coffee, a breakfast sandwich, and a side of hashbrown bites and it is around $7.50. Much more reasonable than Starbucks and it tastes much better!

Got an iced coffee. Tasted a little funny but it was a flavor I don’t normally get, so took a few more drinks before just being put off by the somewhat sour taste. About 7 hours later, I was incredibly sick with full blown food poisoning for about 16 hours. It had to be the milk had gone off. Everything else in the last 48 hours had been shared with my husband and he wasn’t sick at all, but he hates coffee.

I don’t think they’ve ever gotten a full order Correct In the three years iv lived by this location I literally drive right past it and go to the one in Monroe every time just so I can get the right drink. I wish I could post pictures of all the hot Drinks that have ice in them that literally say hot on the tag on the tag on the drink

Came through the drive thru this evening around 6pm. The blonde girl who was taking our order was extremely rude. When we asked for a moment to look over the coffee menu, she sighed as if it was such an inconvenience to her. Once we pulled through the drive thru, she slung the window open and grabbed my card out of my hand so rudely and slammed the window shut. On top of that, our order was completely incorrect, but we chose not to return due to how rude this girl was. So disappointed and frustrated with our experience today, my husband and I love Dunkin’ but we will definitely be taking our business to a different location!

Don’t no how to make sweet mocha didn’t have NO donuts ready or Crossetts made. Was not polite at ALL. She acted like it hurt her to take my order. I told her no whipped cream & she gave me whipped cream whenI told her I ask for NO whipped cream she raked it put the lid back with coffee running down the side as well as on top of the lid.

This Dunkin has the worst parking lot for drive thru service. I ordered my food online 2 minutes away from the store, I then sat in a line with my food already done and it was cold to the touch. My potatoes were chewy and cold and my breakfast was so hard I couldn’t even bite through it. Do not waste your money or time at this Dunkin expecting quality products.

I’ve been coming here for about a year and half and I get the same drink every single time. Lately, they’ve been giving me extra ice instead of less ice. I ask for less ice because if you don’t, the drink has waaaay too much and you get a small/medium coffee and not a large for almost $6. Also, the drink itself has just tasted like garage.. nothing like what I’m ordering. Today, I went to the Sharonville Dunkin and got the same drink and it tasted completely different than this one… it’s the same drink!

Go here often, but the last 5 or 6 times my Iced coffe has had the most horrible bitter taste and they never offer a solution or replace it. Will no longer waste my money here.
