What a wonderful experience, from start to finish. The food is fantastic, and the atmosphere inviting. Expect 2-3 hrs of dining from start to finish; enjoy every moment of it. Order a cocktail, and dessert, they will both blow your mind. Can’t thank Chef Paul and his staff enough, it was amazing!

This is one of the best dining experiences we’ve ever experienced. Forget looking at a menu Paul creates nightly specials that are innovative and so delicious. Quiet intimate atmosphere, soft music and an extensive wine selection to pair with a traditional table side made Caesar Salad and homemade desserts. It doesn’t get any better.

Desert Cape
Had a very nice meal here on Friday. Very intimate setting where you can talk to the chef, and the best part of all I could order my own meal! I was craving a seafood pasta with lemon cream sauce and the chef made it just for me! I’ve never had a personalized dining experience before so that was a real treat.

My fiancé & I went to Daytona on a whim for Christmas 2021 & 2022. We didn’t make reservations in 2021, but we were welcomed in anyways. This was the best decision we’ve made in an impromptu restaurant. Chef Paul came to visit our table. He is so polite & has a wonderful sense of humor. He is a master chef for sure & the best food we have ever eaten. Mama was our server/adopted grandma & celebrated her 100th birthday in 2021. What an amazing & lovely woman. She wasn’t there last Christmas. We hope she is doing well. We are making another trip to Daytona soon & of course we will be going to Chez Paul

We were a table of 8 and we all give this restaurant 5 stars. Absolutely amazing from the time we arrived and left. We can’t say enough about Paul and his staff and how they all treated us like family….and they are family. Paul’s mom Ellen who is 99 delighted us with her special personality and such a hard worker. Thank you Ellen. Steve will now eat his bread! Nadine who took such good care of us and answering all our questions. Joe and Charlie wirh extensive wine and service knowledge. Every selection of food was awesome …beyond words. The stories Paul told to make us laugh were so special and precious. The entire dinner was a wonderful experience. We can’t thank you all enough. We’ll be back!!❤

If I could rate this place 10 stars I would! Easily one of the best experiences I have EVER had while dining out. When you first pull up it does not look like anything special but the inside is very nice, with a fancy feel to it and the meal was amazing. The service was spectacular and the owner even took time to explain many of the dishes they had (both on and off the menu). I would recommend literally anything from here, all of the food that we ordered(group of 6) was very very good. Throughout the meal the chef would provide us with small complementary items such a small plate of pesto as well as some amazing sorbet. And at the end of the meal the owner gave the ladies in our party some of the nicest roses I have seen! If you are ever in or around the Daytona area you HAVE TO try this place!

Food is top notch! Service was steller!!! We were on a wait list for another restaurant nearby( the wait everywhere was an hour). We saw this restaurant while driving around. We had two kids with us, had been at the ocean all day, and were starving. They sat is despite the fact that they were understaffed and usually reservations only. We had the best steak we had ever had! Parmesan crusted grouper to drool over and the desserts were amazing! Best conversation and food we have had in a very long time!!!!

We had no idea what an amazing experience we were in for! I have never had such a wonderful and unique dining experience. Never looked at a menu, as Chef Paul personally informed us of the specials for the evening and the appetizers available as well. The food was absolutely perfect, such fresh and quality ingredients. Everything was perfect from the Ceasar salad and sherbet to the cheesecake. Thank you for an experience I will treasure!
