Stopped in this morning for a bacon, egg and cheese, croissant and some hashbrowns, the hashbrowns were so full of grease and soggy and cold. And this was my lovely sandwich. Can’t even go back for a refund because I am at work and I opened it once I got to work. This is disgusting.

This dunkin is pretty average. I never really have any issues with them being out of stock of items or extensive wait times. They’re pretty consistent with getting your order right. The only issue I ever have is with their night staff’s customer service. It’s only one man who works the shift. He rushes you while you’re ordering without even having a line. He snatches your card out of your hand when you pay. I thought maybe he was just having a bad day so I came back again a different time and he still gave that same poor customer service.

Worst experience ever!!! I was charged .70 cents for a cup to put my espresso shots inside! I ordered 3 shots, 3 pumps vanilla, 3 cream in a med iced cup. First I didn’t even get my shots they handed me a drink with cream and vanilla and didn’t add shots. I went to give it back then they said oops someone must have taken the wrong one let me add more shots. It’s still not right I will never go back and let them take advantage of me again. PURE GREED!!! I did not get a cup of water that was the charge for the cup to make my drink

This Dunkin is horrible. Do not go here. Me and my mom got two coffees this morning and they added the almond milk and sugar, but no caramel flavoring which is what we asked for. We had to go to the window two times. Do not go to this Dunkin, it’s horrible.

I’ve been coming here everyday for years, I spend about $10 a day here. In the past I’ve had wonderful encounters and the staff knows me by my order and always makes me happy. These past 3 weeks I’ve had horrible experiences. My order is horribly wrong every single time, I order the bacon avocado toast, I get the tomato sandwich, and this has happened 3 times!! I order a strawberry refresher with water, and I tell him I’m allergic to green tea, ive gotten the refresher with green tea 4 times!!! even after i tell them i see green tea in it. they told me i was wrong. thanks for the allergic reaction because your staff doesn’t care!!!!! i know the owner so it makes me sad to see the dunkin i go to everyday turn into this.
