You get what you pay for. Out of curiosity I stopped by here just cuz I haven’t had a Burger King burger in over 20 years just to see what it’s like, the burger with decent, the fries had just come out of the fryer and we’re hot and crispy and the medium size drink looks large. Which is interesting because the large size fries look small. When I said something about it he asked me if I wanted a large fries instead of a small fries which I had already asked for, and then he basically just gave me the same container stuffed with twice as many fries. Lol.

eh. Bad customer service. I came in to enjoy a rare after school fast food sit down with my kids on a beautiful Friday afternoon. I accidentally dropped my milkshake on the floor while walking it to my table. I told them immediately. I didnt ask for a refill. I just wanted it cleaned. I ended up sending my kids to remind them that it spilled because it was now melting on the floor for almost 30 min. They said they’ll clean it when we leave. I felt uncomfortable. Then someone finally came to mop and I was able to enjoy my food. The food is edible. They rarely get my orders wrong in drive thru.

Beware! Honestly what happened to Burger King? This restaurant needs to be closed down and replaced with a Chick-fil-A or something more reputable. I will start with the customer service, nothing polite about it . No welcome to Burger King etc, You could tell this person was unhappy to work here by the lack of. (No smile, eye contact, friendliness or have a nice day). When I received the food it was nothing fresh about it. The chicken sandwich was cold, had slimy wilted lettuce on it and the fries were soggy and cold just gross . I had ordered 3 combos for me and family, the total came to 36 dollars. Unbelievable for the service and quality. Don’t make the mistake I did by coming here.

Forgot to add fries on my order for the free fries reward on the BK app even though I added the reward to my order, yet the manager was too stingy to let me have the fries even though it was a small mistake on my part. What a terrible way to treat customers. Yes, I know BK doesn’t need me as a customer given that they already have a relatively huge base, but the fact that the manager was unwilling to give away FRIES (much of which already goes to waste at the store) is crazy lol. What a peculiar person. I will be returning, but I just wanted to write this review to give a heads up to those who use the BK app for orders (ngl, I also wrote this to vent lol). Make sure to add the item even after applying the reward because we have people like this as “managers”.

I’ve put aside some of the attitude and poor service I’ve gotten here before due to the crazy situation we’re all going through. Today was the worst however. Cashier asked for the number, then rudely walked away as I was giving it. He comes back and I show him the number, thinking that would help, but he refuses to even look and walks away. So I tell him the number. He keeps asking for the number and ignoring as I keep saying it louder and louder. The manager eventually comes. No apology, just get my order taken. Worst service possible.
