Washington Kids In Transition
This morning I ordered coffee with my breakfast. The drive through person gave me my breakfast and said they were brewing a fresh pot and it would be about 4 minutes. please pull forward and they would bring the coffee. 30 seconds later, the drive through person brought my coffee and said”I was wrong with my timing. This was not fresh brewed coffee, it was the bottom of the pot, as the picture will show. It was gross, I would have rather waited the 4 minutes

I ordered food for delivery and it came quickly. Food is always good here. I was missing 12 piece nuggets and was going to just order again but my kids and husband said to call and they’ll probably send them. And so I called and the gentleman that assisted was very apologetic and wonderful. He sent out another delivery of nuggets and added extra fries. Every time I’ve ordered here it’s always been perfect and I have a family of 5 who all want multiple things. They were amazing!

This was my first visit to a Chick-Fil-A. I ordered the plain chicken sandwich and waffle fries. The sandwich was moist and tasty but I was expecting something more complex flavors along the line of Popeye’s chicken sandwich. There appeared to be no sauce, just two thin dill pickle slices. The waffle fries were disappointing; bland, little texture and under-seasoned. I expected more tasteful food. They certainly attract crowds, however.

I recently visited this location and was thoroughly disappointed with my experience. I would like to address the issue of the refusal to accommodate my simple request to add extra bean and corn mix to my Southwest Salad without chicken. I have been a regular customer at various locations of your chain, and I have never encountered such unwillingness to make a minor adjustment to a menu item. It is important to note that I am charged the same price for the salad, regardless of whether or not chicken is included. Moreover, since the salad is prepared fresh by the prep staff, it would have been a simple matter to include an extra scoop of the bean and corn mix. This lack of flexibility and customer-centric approach is highly disappointing and does not reflect the level of service I have come to expect from your brand.

The drive in at this place was extremely busy and people take your order instead of thru an intercom system. We ordered the fried and grilled chicken nuggets with Mac & cheese and waffle fries. Everything was tasty even the sauces. We ate in and they served us our food just as we were sitting down. Clean restaurant.

I’ve had multiple sub par experiences at this CFA. Incorrect orders on the 3 out of 4 times I’ve been there and food quality that just doesn’t live up to the usual CFA standard of excellence. I once got a sandwich that had the correct label order on the bag and it was completely wrong. Wrong bun, no cheese when it said to add cheese and forgot all the sauces. The breading on these nuggets was super sloppy and just falling and crumbling into the box. It just feels like they don’t care.
