We have enjoyed Moe’s for many years. But the shrinking of portions very recently is bad! I understand all food costs are rising rapidly, but I’d rather pay more than get 30-40% less food. Left us feeling like we were being deceived. Food is always good, and I’m sure it’s corporate, not the Angola branch to blame. This bowl used to be mounded out the top.

This was our first time at this location & the customer service from the team was very upbeat & professional. The food on the other hand wasn’t the best, the beans & rice were not cooked fully & that made my food a disaster. He ordered a veggie bowl & I had a veggie Jr Burrito. Being a vegetarian the beans & rice was the heart if our meal. I didn’t take a picture of my Burrito but however I did get a picture of his veggie bowl. I want to say thank you the team for great customer service & to double check that the food is properly cooked before serving customer’s.

The staff was fantastic tonight! My daughter really wanted tacos with rice but the Mexican restaurant down the street ignored us for about 20 minutes so we ended up leaving and going to Moe’s. She was adamant her rice not be on her tacos but beside it and the young man helping us without hesitation said yes absolutely! And made it happen even though it wasn’t a normal menu item. We appreciate the flexibility.

Moe’s always has good food, that taste great. Pricing has significantly went up since I last visited however I do feel quality is still there. The ambiance of the establishment is nice, and from what I saw it was clean. Its a tad dim in there though, especially for it only being a couple hours past noon. The location is really nice and quite. We weren’t able to do the “outdoor seating” because it was cold but I would definitely considering doing so at another time.

Apparently some of the staff does not understand “light” dressing. Pretty much double what I would have figured on a regular day. Speed was good, prices were way to spend for this taste ($30 for a salad, a “stack”, and a single regular drink).

Older female, assistant manager I believe; was so rude! After ordering our food and finding a table that we had to clean off by the way, my pregnant daughter went up to the counter to ask for a small cup of cheese. The lady was very rude and told my daughter that she needed to go to the end of the line and order. The line was very long and she could have just grabbed it really fast while she was waiting for the food for the next order but she chose to just stand there instead. Totally unprofessional and shows the lack of ability to multi task as well as lack of compassion and customer service. You’re in the wrong business lady!
