Horrible Experience 7/26/23. I’m speechless how rude,racist and incredibly inconsiderate the customer service here is. I really hope they will change the morale and train there employees to give great customer service. Domino’s as I remember was always a great pizzeria and now I think there falling off and totally missing the mark.

I called and placed my order with an automated system. They finally answered the phone after the system. They said they didn’t have my order and they were very rude. The first and the second person I came to the phone. I said I was in Rochester Hills and he said very smart Alec like well you need to call the Rochester Hills store as if I knew that horrible customer service these guys need to be trained

Horrific. Went inside to pick up my carry-out and man behind the counter was beyond rude and arrogant. I also asked him for my sauces (which I paid for) and he got upset because “he already did inventory” and he would be off by 3. I mean, come on, common sense. On top of the the entire meal is under cooked and rushed.

My partner walked in to pick up our order. First red flag was the worker had no gloves on and was preparing a pizza. Ew. Why? Cross contamination… and mixing meats and juices. Touching money and surfaces and making food? We don’t know if our pizza was made the same way without gloves. Beware! Won’t be going back. Who knows how clean the rest of the kitchen is. Pizza was picked up to go 12:20am to 12:35am, Saturday 3-18-23.

Placed a large order for 30 pizzas for a company lunch and they were able to accommodate us with outstanding service even though I only gave 24 hour notice. The general manager (Jasmine) was especially helpful throughout the entire process. She informed me of relevant specials, helped load the pizza in my SUV personally and went above and beyond to inform me of which products were gluten free so I could relay that to my group. Only hiccups were (1) That the order was just a little late for completion, but I attribute that more to my own negligence in only giving a 24 hour notice. (2) Because I was in a rush I neglected to get a receipt so I had to make an extra trip.

Had a 60.00 delivery order that set a notification that the order was delivered. This was a delivery by the restaurant not a service. The order was not delivered. We called the store and the manger says, “oh we just got power back 20 mins ago so I canceled all the orders. You should see your money back in 3 to 5 business days. Not a single apology, not a let me make this better. Worst customer service. Thanks Domino’s for a great meal.

Guess I should have read the reviews!! Same here. Ordered online- order accepted, card charged. Showed up and the store was closed. Called and the phone got me nowhere. I was in the middle of a party and I had to call the Rochester store and beg them to make pizzas quick! When I finally got in touch with the store the manager later they wouldn’t even come to the phone. No apology – just informed me it would be refunded. I’ll be in touch with Domino’s Corporate. Please order from another location.

Horrible experience! I placed an online order, the previous day, to assure plenty of time for a large order to feed my coworkers during a lunch meeting. I received an email confirmation that my order was received and a pending charge on my credit card. The next day about 45 minutes before I was to pick up my order, I started watching the order tracker. Eventually it updated to say my order was being prepped. I then drove to the location because they didn’t have any delivery drivers and when I got there, the door was locked. I knocked on the door, I tried calling, I even went to the back door and no one answered. I looked inside and could see the monitor screens on, but no one was visible at 11:45am on a Thursday. I called and and no one answered the phone either. I checked the Order Tracker again and it still said my order was being prepped. So here I am at noon, in the middle of a lunch rush, trying to find a place to feed 20 of my employees who are waiting for lunch to be served. Thankfully the awesome Domino’s team at the Waterford location on Elizabeth Rd came to the rescue. It still put lunch behind by two hours, but at least they saved the day. Two hours later, my order at the University location says cancelled with no one calling, but at least my card has been refunded. I don’t recommend if you are planning ahead to feed a group during a busy time.
