The food was great and our server was an absolute delight…. however, it was so hot we were physically uncomfortable. There is clearly AC in the building as the restrooms were nice and cool, but we will not be back until winter unless the AC gets fixed. We saw 2 other couples leave due to how hot it was…. we wish we had been that smart. Service was five stars….. atmosphere was 1.

We went to this place in Belgrade over the weekend, and it was surprisingly not busy at all. It’s located where the old MacRiv used to be with cafe m across the hall and ressler across the road.

A group of friends and myself went there last night. Our server was wonderful. The food was wonderful. But whoever is in charge of making sure their staff and customers are comfortable while working and dining should be ashamed of not fixing the Air Conditioning. It was 101 degrees in our area at 8pm. Your staff was doing everything possible to smile and take care of the customers. Management step up and take care your people. They are working hard for you!

Eaten there many times, always great. Last time, too little sauce, chicken was dry ( like it was reheated), no garlic for bread or dish. Limited beverages, out of stock. Flies were swarming us and the food. Door left open as AC didn’t work. Please get back to what you were. Cuginos was our favorite restaurant.

This was a late night trip for us and even though we walked in shortly before closing time, the waitress took care of us very well. We were so famished after a long day and to see the doors open and such welcoming staff was such a relief before we headed out on the road again. We walked in to clean tables and areas and great music playing in the background. The wait for food wasn’t long either and when it came was hot and tasty. I know I was hungry but it was still a very good pizza with a good amount of toppings on it. I hate when places skimp and these folks nailed it.

We gave this place a try as Makenzie’s was closed even though google said they were open.

We were very excited to take our family here to dine in after ordering takeout from here a couple of times. We were seated at 7:00, and the service was uncomfortably slow. We did not receive our food until 8:45! When we did receieve food we were not given any utensils and napkins and had to ask the server for some. Our server admitted he was new, however, did not offer to order more drinks, did not bring more water until we asked twice, never brought us more parmesan when we asked for it, and they tried to charge us $18 extra for an appetizer we did not order. We were so unhappy with our service, we were unable to really enjoy any of the food we ordered. Two other families who sat near us in the restaurant saw the service we were receiving and ended up walking out! We did let the hostess and manager know this was the worst dining experience we’ve ever had. So sad.

Food was great! Service was… different. It wasn’t bad, it just was weird. When we got there when they opened she told us that even though they do open at 4, the ovens would take about 30 minutes to heat up and didn’t seem very excited that we were there. We were trying to decide what to do when she mentioned that the only things that would be faster was pasta and we decided to stay- maybe to her disappointment? She was kind of hard to read and seemed in a huge hurry even walking away as we are giving her our drink order. I had asked for water with lemon, as did my husband and I asked for one in a to go cup with a straw for my toddler. She brought the 2 waters and an empty cup. I was kind of stunned lol. I guess I wasn’t clear enough. But I dumped my water into her cup. She didn’t acknowledge my toddler at all and I had to ask for every little thing for her. I requested an extra plate so I could share with my toddler. She didn’t bring it when she brought the food again so I asked again. She brought it but didn’t bring any extra silverware. So I asked for that. She huffed and went and got some. She was never out right rude to anyone but she was just very abrupt. She didn’t welcome people in very friendly and it took a while for her to acknowledge people standing there. I think there were only two people there so maybe she was just stressed. The food was great! Maybe don’t expect super friendly service.

Pleasantly surprised in a big way. Easily the best Italian in the valley, and honestly one of the better meals I’ve had out in a long time. My wife got the penne with alfredo sauce and Italian sausage and it was one of the best dishes I’ve ever tried. Pricing was good for fresh ingredients and homemade breads and the service felt like home. We’ll be back a lot.
