I left a review a while back on these guys, but I figured it was time to give an update. I have never had an issue with this location in terms of food, quality, service, or anything else. Any time I come here they’re always happy and upbeat. I never have to wait long for my order as usually they are busy prepping multiple orders when I arrive. The crew was absolutely phenomenal and make sure that whenever I come here I am taken care of. Whether it be extra sauce, a special order, or modifying an order to my taste. This location is top notch and so is the service. If you need a wing order. Definitely go here.

I ordered 100 wings from this place two days prior to picking them up. I was told that I could not pay for them because they don’t take credit cards over the phone. The day I was supposed to pick up the wings I called to make sure they were ready and was told they didn’t have my order. I reordered the wings and expressed I could not be late for work. I live one hour away so they had time to make it. When I got there I was told my order would be ready in 6 minutes and the cashier took my payment $124.48. I waited approximately 10-15 minutes. I asked if my order was ready and I heard the cook say I should’ve pre ordered and prepaid for them. I was told that for the big order they drop the wings when I arrived. I asked for a refund because I couldn’t be late for work. The cook came to the register and wrote my information in a tablet and said my refund would be on my card in 3-5 days. It’s going on two weeks I call several time I call Corprate office still no refund. I am now in the process of filing a small claim lawsuit with interest on my money.

My second time ever going to a Buffalo wild wings. First time here though. This building is relatively new and since it’s close by, I was bound to come here eventually. If any one in your life has ever told you this place is trash. Come here before you take their word. I really like this place. I’ll come back just to try more sauces. I tried there mango habanero wings w/ onion rings. Both where great. But that sauce is more spicy then sweet. Just to warn you. I wish they’d lower there prices though. But I’ll definitely come back.

The guy was to busy watching tv while taking my order and the one fixing the food grabbed the wings with his bare hands (no gloves) i will be saying extra prayers over my food. This place was great when it 1st opened bow its gone down hill. So sad Didn’t feel welcome at all.

This is our first time ordering and we were there is no ranch in this place!!! How can you serve wings but no ranch!!! It’s just not the same!! Doesn’t make sense but ok.. I just won’t order again!! Not sure if they’re gonna much business without having wings with Ranch!

Great customer service! The food was hot and fresh. My order was right, I wanted crispy and every dry rub. The manager and the cook had great attitude and informed me when my order was ready when I was waiting in my car. I will return. The cook really hooked my wings up!!
