Ordered was placed at 11a and delivered at 1136a. Food was hot and made correctly. If I had to have an issue, it would be that the cheese wasn’t distributed evenly. Some areas has cheese and the others was just the sauce. I ordered a large garlic crust sausage, mushrooms, and half anchovies pizza. Don’t knock it til u try it. It was delicious. Will I order again, yes.

Placed an order for delivery. Pizza came and the toppings literally were all on one side of the pizza falling out the box. Was told by the delivery driver there’s nothing he can do and i’ll have to contact the store. So i called the store, and by the way this isnt the first time something like this has happened. So i called the store, and told them what is happening and the person who answered the phone was so rude. She told me that she can give me store credit but i told her i just want my money back So i can order dinner elsewhere since this is like the 10th time i have to deal with this. I asked to speak to the manager and she starts laughing and people in the background are laughing as well. She said well im the manager and hung up. I called back and someone different picked up and i asked to speak to the manager again and he then laughed and hung up. Absolutely crazy whats going on over there. Never ordering there again.

I had an unfortunate experience with Papa John’s pizzas as they were partially cooked, which affected the overall taste and texture. To make matters worse, I experienced a severe allergic reaction after consuming their pizza. This combination of undercooked pizzas and an allergic reaction left me greatly disappointed.

The only experience that could have been worse was if the pizza never made it. And It almost didn’t. The driver could not pinpoint our house, even though there’s foot tall numbers right in the front of it. We were fortunate to see him in our security camera walking through our front yard. The pizza itself was pretty terrible. It was barely room temperature and not what we ordered. This was absolutely a horrible experience.

My experience at this place was very HORRIBLE! They don’t wear any gloves while making your food. One of the guy’s that makes the pizza used the restroom in it looked like he didn’t even wash his hands! That’s very unsanitary I asked one of the workers can they use gloves while making my pizza they got angry put them on for a few seconds in proceeded to take them back off. Then the worker tried to give me the pizza with the box dented and look like someone just threw the pizza in the box any kind of way. I tired getting my money back in the same workers tried to argue with me they were very rude. The manager was also kind of rude it took me almost an hour to get my money back!

I visited on April 1, 2023 at 11 AM, I ordered a cheesesteak pizza medium. I waited 20 minutes for the pizza. Traveled back home. I called the store to verify what was on a Philly cheesesteak. Once they told me what the toppings were, I informed them I have a Philly cheesesteak pizza with no steak. The manager at time (Jesus), did not apologize for the mistake told me that I need to bring the pizza back for them to verify and to remake the order. again, with no consideration for the customers time and effort, Jesus said, go ahead and file the complaint. So that’s exactly what I’m doing. By the end of the interaction with Jesus I felt like I was the one working for Papa John’s, but paying them my money to solve my own issue with the service. I concluded my business with Papa John’s. An hour and a half into this ; I ended up with two medium pizza From Domino’s and a savings of $5.

The staff was friendly and helpful as I wasn’t sure what I wanted, they offered different suggestions until I made a choice, the order took about 10 minutes so that was a decent time to wait for a meal. I saw employees in the back cleaning and organizing so this is a good sign and something I enjoy seeing. The staff all seemed to get along as they spoke to each other in calm friendly voices and the helped each other if they needed help, I was impressed with the teamwork, this all created a nice atmosphere to wait on my meal.

The customer service at this store is horrible. They do not care about long standing customers and they can’t be bothered to offer solutions when an issue occurs. They could send you a pile of trash and say “oops that’s not our fault, can’t help you there.” They once gave my order to someone else and while I was at the store waiting for it to be made again, they sent it out for delivery. They are a total mess.
